My badge will work if exposed, but if it's inside of this wallet it won't. The RFID protection works 100%.The wallet is divided into a left and right section. You can place the cards however you like within the pockets, but halfway through the wallet the slots are faced in the opposite direction. This worked perfectly for me personally. It gave me two clear sections to divide cards. There are plenty of slots to further categorize your cards, but I personally love this feature.Build quality is excellent. The sewing was done perfectly, with no imperfections visible. The card slots are securely fashioned to the wallet, and cards have a nice snug fit.
