HitFilm Pro 2017

I've been on the trail for a decent professional editor since I bought my 4k JVC. Then I met Hit Film on U tube. What????? They offered Express 4 for FREE? Hells yes, I downloaded it. and went thru Express 4 with a vengeance. I watched most of the Hit Film's videos on the Pro 2017 and was convinced that this was my replacement editing software. 1st:: BECAUSE IT CAME WITH SCOPES. 2nd: IT'S COMPOSITING SECTION. 3rd: IT'S AUDIO SYNC. 4th: THE EASY LAYOUT. 5th:THE PRICE 6th: THE CUSTOMER SERVICE 7th: THE TUTORIALS 8th: ALL THE STUFF THATS INCLUDED 9th: I'M SO DAMN HAPPY I FOUND HIT FILM PRO 2017. The learning curve is not rough at all. What works for me is to edit slow and learn the short cuts. Once I installed Pro 2017, I dropped in clips from my JVC 4K, Canon HD and cell phone and the editor handled it all. I had a question about the CPU/GPU process while exporting. Alex from Hit Film sent me a blog that answered my question......I logged into Amazon and bought Hit Film Pro 2017 the next day. (Sorry rent man, I'll catch you up next month). .

A lot of nice features with many helpful online video tutorials. Customer service is quick to respond and very helpful.

I love this software.

I first found Hitfilm when it came out a few years ago. Up to that point I had been struggling trying to learn Adobe AE with little progression. Hitfilm 2017 has an easier learning curve than most programs and I now use it as my main compositor/editor. Hitfilm has allowed me to explore new ideas and create effects I never would have thought possible. All the effects are built in so you don't need extra plugins and there is NO SUBSCRIPTION service which is a huge feature if you don't make a lot of money.The Hitfilm website forums are full of extremely friendly and helpful people. If you're stuck on a procedure or wish to know how to create a certain effect or look for your film, there are plenty of regulars that will jump in and offer the help they can.I doubt I will ever find anything better than this and I doubt you will too. Hitfilm has changed the way I look at video production forever and now I will never go forward without anything else!!!
