2x SBR12-1000mm 12mm Fully Supported Linear Rail + 4 SBR12UU BlockbEARING

I bought these for a rail system I made for my plasma cutter. It makes it kind of like a miter saw. These are very good bearings and the track is precise and it's durable. These bearings take a beating with all the welding dust. It may or may not be right, but I just spray them with WD-40 every now and again and they work like new again.I was going to rate these 4 stars because I initially had a problem with one bearing, but the vendor was so quick to ship a new bearing without question, well, that's what customer service is all about and for that, they get a perfect rating.

The locations of the mounting holes vary slightly from one hole to the next, but they're all close enough that it's not a huge problem if you're using slightly undersized screws. I planned it out to use 6-32 screws to mount these instead of the metric size, and if you use the information from the manufacturer (holes are spaced 100mm apart, first set of holes 50mm from the end of the rail) you'll be close. My 6-32 holes are all +/- 15% of the hole diameter away from the center of the hole.

The linear bearings were low quality. Once they were replaced, it functioned fine but much of the value proposition was gone.

I am very happy with these rails. These seem well made and came with the bearings. For the price you can not beat product. I wish larger 3 meter rails were available but I can not complain. Shipping was a full month faster than expected, huge props to the seller.

Works as expected, could be a little tighter. The top and side has adjustment screws but be careful when using them.
