Simple but bullet proof
I'll start with what I think is lacking . . . keys. I would like more. But other than that the Alesis Vortex 2 works as advertised out of the box. Within minutes I was set up for my first rehearsal with our band. The first gig was flawless. It seems like a toy until you start to play it. The plasitic-y feel actually keeps it light and easy to use for longer sets. I highly recommend this unit especially considering price and usability. The carrying case is a must. THANK YOU For pairing these together. It would be nice to have a pocket for accessories. However it works really well!

Son loves it. Very configurable and case included is great for the price. You will be jamming like the 80's tech bands in no time
