Give it time.......
These chairs take a minute to get used to. Please give them time bc they are so good for your posture and make you use your core, your bum will just be sore for a couple days. It will go away, I promise.

No more back pain when sewing
I sew for a living and also work on the computer a lot, moving back and forth and around my workshop from table to machine, etc. and I have work surfaces of varying heights. So I needed a chair on wheels, and height-adjustable from office desk to drafting table height, didn’t take up too much room (can be tucked away under my desk) and provided ergonomic relief.Based on previous reviews, and the fact that tattoo artists, hairdressers and med folks alike have praised it, I went with this one - and the one with back support because I wanted to at least have the option.I slouch in normal office chairs but this one is fantastic. It makes me sit up and be conscious of my posture, and the pummel’s wider stance doesn’t bother me. I’m ~5’3” and have no issues with this yet. (I say “yet” as it’s early days!)It was so easy to put together, the wheels glide easily on my hardwood floors, the backrest can be adjusted up/down and with a tilt, and it tucks nicely under my desk or sewing table. Seems well built so far.I definitely recommend this.

Warning! Careful! Weak Base and Legs
Bought in August, 2023. Didn't use it until several months ago.At first I thought I found a great work chair and Kitchen chair.A bit disabled, I can't stand too long. After a few weeks, I found steadying the chair to straddle getting into it (Yes, the shape is comfortable, but unless you are tall, you have to lift a leg over the seat to the other side, while trying to keep it from rolling away). But, that is doable. Then the piston started to sink.I'm 250. Chair says Heavy Duty, 350lbs, so figured it should be fine, but nope.Fixed that with a great gadget called "Office Chair Hero" I found on Amazon. They are clip on spacers, keeps your piston from sinking.Still "Doable".What IS NOT DOABLE, is sitting, rolling back and WHAM!!!, on your back!I wasn't hurt much, hit some spots and aggravated the bad back, but could have been worse.I could not figure out what happened, looking and looking at the chair.I remember it was starting to get harder to roll, but I figured that was just a bit of use, a month or 2?Then, looking at the base closely, I noticed one leg was .... twisted. Not broken. Not cracked. Twisted. It seems it was defective/weak, and was slowly bending/twisting.Then I guess it twisted too far and literally made the chair flip as I was rolling back!I'll chalk it up to being a defect. But if the company wants to add something, I'm all ears.Just now getting to throw it out.May as well take a picture. You can see, at the bend, it simply twisted. As I've had a while and beyond refund time, though not used, not bothering to try and get a replacement.Instead, found a very promising one on Amazon, 400lbs rating, molded seat with adjustable back. For those interested, am thinking this one looks promising for a kitchen work chair:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B94CKQLL?ie=UTF8&th=1

Really happy with it!
I was pleasantly surprised when this stool came and I put it together. The seat is larger than I was expecting, and it's nice and cushioned, which makes it very comfortable to sit on. The wheels roll really smoothly, and the stool feels very sturdy to sit on for me (I'm about 150 lbs). I bought this stool to use in my kitchen while I cook, and the range of heights it has is perfect for reaching my counter and stove comfortably. It's also very easily maneuverable. The color in my picture turned out more grey than it is in real life, but the purple does lean pretty gray.

Easy set up and comfortable
I am a tattoo artist and have struggled to find a chair that minimizes my back pain. This chair is very comfortable and allows me to position myself in a way that noises back pain. It is also SUPER easy to set up. Took me about 5 minutes and no tools were needed. Another artist in my shop uses this stool as well and they like theirs too. Very low profile so it doesn’t take up too much space. All in all, a very solid purchase and a great price.
