I wanted some colorful designs to put in my window seats, and I bought these because of the patterns. These are not the nicest pillow covers, but I’ve grown to like them better.WHAT DIDN’T YOU LIKE ABOUT USSUPERSTAR THROW PILLOW COVERS?:When these covers arrived, I was a little disappointed. The fabric was coarse-woven and rough, a cross between burlap and canvas. The colors were misaligned, making the designs faint or fuzzy in places, almost like a worn out color Xerox. In fact, some colors seemed to be dotted or splashed on randomly, and not part of the pattern. The effect was a little muddy, not a precise colorful pattern like I had wanted. The backs were not printed, so one side of unbleached or ecru canvas was always peeping around the pillows. And you had to be careful not to pull the end zipper threads out when stuffing the pillows.SO, WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT USSUPERSTAR THROW PILLOW COVERS?:Now that I’ve had these pillows for over a year, I like them a little better. The slightly muddy designs blend into the background instead of being too eye-catching or too busy. I have become used to the back of the pillows being unprinted — I thought it would look odd, but it doesn’t. After all, who says pillows have to be printed on both sides? And the pillows long hidden zippers make stuffing easier.Most of all, the pillows have not faded or torn or worn during the year of use. I put these where the dogs could get them and poochie chewed on the corners a little, but it isn’t really noticeable. And these are relatively inexpensive.WHAT ABOUT STUFFING?:When you buy pillow covers you will need to have pillow inserts to stuff into them. If you are replacing old pillows, you can just reuse the stuffing if you want -- no problem. Otherwise, you will need to buy new pillow inserts, and Amazon has some good ones. I stuff these 18x18" covers with 20x20" pillow inserts so the resulting pillow is thick and puffy. I have had good luck with Foamily and Longhui brands that I found on Amazon.RECOMMENDATIONS:If these muddier designs and rougher texture work with your décor, and you are OK with the details of this review, then you should buy them. Soooo, I get what people are saying about the material. It is kind of a synthetic, papery version of weird upholstery canvas. But it's not alll that bad. I mean, I'm assuming nobody is trying to snuggle with these like they're stuffed animals, right? They're decor accents. And as such they are pretty cool.Protip- don't overspend on fancy fitted pillows. I bought four cheap $3 pillows at the mart that starts with "W", cut them open, and over-stuffed the cases with them. The zippers are strong and took it well.Really my only gripe with these is I wish they were printed on both sides. Even overstuffed as they are, the blank side shows no matter how I place them.

These are fantastic and helped to add some much needed color to my living room which I why I bought them. I had to fight to get my old couch pillows into them so that they fit snug. This worked perfectly because they aren’t too loose and they look tidy. I was not expecting them to be so bright but the colors have grown on me. The material is rough. More like an upholstery material which I didn’t care for at first but I figure they will hold up as couch cushions. Overall I am in love with them and have already gotten compliments.

These slip pillow covers are vibrant in color and design. I did not buy them for others or myself to cozy up to. I bought them for looks and with that said they are beautiful but, do not expect them to have that soft and cozy feel. Maybe after I wash them they will soften up. I am perfectly satisfied with this product.

Good pillow cases. Definitely for decoration as they are not very soft. I love them though.

I put them over my pillows and love them. They really change the appearance on my couches.

I really love the color vibrancy and the patterns, only thing is the material is not what I expected I expected like a satin and it’s more like burlap but they’re very nice

I bought 2 different pattern sets from same page. One set is almost burlap bag texture with blurred pattern the other is softer and pattern is clear. It is a roll of the dice if you will receive anything usable.
