No. It's good for getting excess hair off, but it will not shave to the skin.

Q: Does this include the wall caddy?

It does come with it's own wall caddy since the bottom half is on the larger side.

Q: Can you replace the trimmer blade when it gets dull?

I’ve had mine for over 8 years and it’s a bit dull but lasts. I clean well and oil. Sometimes it starts out stuck recently but a little water and a gentle touch on the side loosens it. If I took it apart and cleaned it it would be great still, but at $11 in 2020 it may just retire for the same thing. So, to answer, it may not be worth it.

I tried a variety of different wall sockets with no luck. The best I could get was crackly noise that faded in and out (mostly out). Don't waste your money.
