This is the only multi vitamin that doesn't give me nausea. Even if i take others with food, i still get nausea but this New Chapter is make of high quality food items and i take it on an empty stomach each morning ! I sometimes get lazy and can tell the difference in energy when I don't take this for a couple of days. Pricey but well worth it!

This is a great supplement but the tablets came broken. I didn't count them but it makes me wonder if I was shorted tablets because they were most likely broken before going into the jar? Did one half of one count for a whole one? Also, it makes it hard to figure out dosing when they are broke and I doubt they stay fresh when compromised.

I love how easy these are to take. They are so easy on your stomach you can take them without food. I often forget to take mine with a meal and they have never caused an issue.

Taking this made me walk in my sleep. When I quit taking this my sleep walking stopped.

What I liked is food based can be taken without food each pill was 1.00 a day. Also you could break pill in 1/2 to make it easier to swallow
