50PCS Ginger Foot Patches for Anti-Inflammation Swelling or Organic Herbal Detox Pads for Foot Health

1st pic is my feet b4 patch 2nd pic is 3 days after wearing patch and 3rd pic is a couple of hours of polutents that came from my body. arrived, no instructions, I will up date as and when I’ve worked out how to use them and if they workI suffer with swollen feet I’ve now used these patches for 3 days changing 3 x a dayMy feet are still really swollen although after 2 hours a fair bit of gunky funky brown stuff was on patch.Still not convinced but will wear for a week and see what happens3 wks and still the same brown stuff so I asked someone who’s not on any medication to use them and again brown stuff appeared, I spoke with my doctor who was lost for words so sent of a used patch to see what toxins were removed from body.....answer none it was sweat and what ever is inside reacting with it.

To those who believe in this product - please take a pad and hold it above the hot water for 3 minutes, it will become black and hard just like "from your metals and bad energy". I mean seriously, don't waste your money.

I have a flare up of Mortons Neuroma from an irritated nerve sheath which gives the feeling you're walking on a marble.I can't take anti inflammatories orally and a physio who thought shockwave tratment might help, can't actually schedule a session a week for 4 weeks until September.On top of this, I slipped on mud and pulled back muscles and in arms. You name it!Oh yes, my arthritic hands were particularly inflamed, too.I soooo wanted these patches to work!!!And they ARE doing.I placed a patch over the neuroma, high on ball of foot and more centrally on the other foot.I have experience of reflexology and understand the concept of reaching all parts of the body via the feet and in reading the contents of the sachets was confident the ingredients could ease inflammation ie powderrd ginger and bamboo vinegar. Charcoal has ever been used as a filter and naturally it is black.I expect my foot is sweating under the adhesive patch and wetting the powder and the charcoal then appears black.I'm not at all thinking the black is toxins, lol. If anything, I'm peeing those out as swelling of my legs is subsiding.Pains are going too. It's a very quick turnaround.Since i have to walk my dog daily I can't tell you just how glad I am that the neuroma inflammation is also going.So, I'm not exactly surprised the patches are working I just didnt expect them to work so fast!They have also saved me a lot of expense on physio treatment. At this rate it will be cleared up in a couple of weeks!I'd say give them a try!I am certainly glad I did.

I've tried several brands of these foot pads and, for me these are the best. I suffer with insomnia and chronic pain in my hips and pelvis. Since I have been using these foot pads, I have slept more often than not and my pain has eased. I have had no problems with them sticking either - It's best to wear a pair of socks over them to prevent them from peeling off.

Ordered this on 23.06.19 but only now getting round to trying them. As you can see by the picture they were out of date by the time they arrived at my door. Obviously return time has expired, but thought I might as well try anyway. They are supposed to have a sticky pad on them to apply to foot - nah! In the bin they are going. £10 wasted. So disappointed.

I used this product because I suffer with swollen ankles from being on my feet all day and underfloor heating heating at work. They actually have really helped with this problem I use them every night and do not suffer during the day anymore. Yes they go black from moisture and not from toxins in your feet but the ginger really does work.

Wish I had never bought this item. The whole package is in Chinese with no English translation. Having since done research there is no medical evidence that these patches work.
