Rowlinson Willington FSC Hardwood Companion Seat

Easy to assemble but needed a couple of screw wholes drilled a little deeper to allow for the screws to go fully home. Comfortable, sturdy and looks good.

The product was damaged on arrival. The leg of one of the chairs had a large splinter out of it. The piece had been placed in the box. The box was not damaged so it must have happened while being packed.

This was relatively straightforward to put together - took about 1½ hours. It seems to be very sturdy and is extremely comfortable. Well worth the money. I had seen cheaper ones but the slats were too far apart making them uncomfortable. Looking forward to some decent weather now to sit outside and enjoy.

Nothing to say negative about these seats, the way they are shaped and the fact they are a good size seat makes them v comfy. We bought cushions for them which add further to how comfy they are. They are easy to put up (half hour for my wife and I). I can thoroughly recommend these sturdy and quality seats with the useful size “tables” for your coffee/drink.

I would like to say this companion seat looks great, easy to put together, delivery on time. seats are quite wide than average, everyone loves it in the garden. I did shop about first & most say this was the best I could find some shop displays looked cheap & smaller.value for money, very satisfied customer.

The seat arrived very well packed within the delivery time slot given. The colour of the product is a little paler than the illustration and the finish not quite as good so will need treating before too long. It was fairly easy to assemble but definitely needs two people. Look through the diagram instructions carefully and check that all parts are included before starting to put the seat together and make sure you assemble it in the correct order. The finished article appears sturdy and is very comfortable to sit on, especially as it has 'curved' seats and backs. The table section is a good size too. It can easily be lifted by two people to move around the garden as required. I am very happy with it. I have purchased a 2.7m parasol which is an ideal size to cover the whole seat.The only downside is that I have been unable to find a proper shaped waterproof companion seat cover to fit this item. The largest ones I have found, on Amazon and elsewhere, are not long/high or deep enough. It looks as though I will have to resort to a tarpaulin sheet or buy a table and chair cover which will be much too wide. I contacted Rowlinson Garden Products and asked if they can recommend a cover but their reply was that they couldn't supply one and that Amazon should have one - unfortunately they don't appear to!I re-emailed Rowlinson Garden Products with a suggestion that they could possibly contact a waterproof seat cover manufacturer and get some covers made specifically for their products. My comment so far appears to have fallen on deaf ears! Because of this I have down graded my appraisal to 3*

Comes with cheap screws and Alan key . The heads have sheared off leaving the item part assembled ! Arranged a return and waited at home for 10 hours and still nobody has arrived ! Shocking 😮
