Amazing product, I got it for work, it's connected to both my mobile phone and laptop at the same time.So I can do demonstrations, listen to videos, web conference and use my mobile when I'm not using my laptop, and the battery life is amazing, it shows on my mobile the battery life next to the phone's battery life which is convenient

I love it so easy to use as im blind and cant use my mobile properly but with this I finally can

I need a bit bigger head to get it comfortable, however it should fit over a hat well and that's how I'll be using it a lot of the time. I've only tried it a couple of times and haven't yet figured out to get the voice activated bit to work. I'll come back with more when I've used it properly.

Was really disappointed with no mute but learned to live with it and just muted via Teams.Today after 2 months I wondered why when I move the microphone up, so I can drink tea, it beeps. Turns out this bloody well mutes the call!!! It doesn't show on Teams it is muted but I have just been testing and can confirm.I sit next to someone who is also on the phone and the mic picks it up really well, so noise cancelling is great at background, but other voices it picks up so I have to leave the room. Bonus is that I can as range is definitely over 5 metres.

This unit does exactly what it is supposed to - set up is nice and simple, Bluetooth is seamless and works well (and consistently)The unit is charged via a mini USB which all seems to be fine.The microphone is on a boom that rotates about 270 degrees so that you can wear it on the left or right side.the headband is adjustable and seems to be fairly comfortable although if you are wearing it all day it does press against your ear - on one hand, this promotes the noise cancelling and the pad feels soft to the touch but on the other hand, does make your earache a bit - but you will get used to that quite quickly.performance seems to be excellent and i have no issues with battery life nor sound qualityWell recommended.

So I brought these due to sound µphone on laptop being rubbish. Well I wish I hadn’t wasted my money. Every time I’ve used them I find it very difficult either they don’t connect, the sound is so low I can’t hear and the microphone is very hit and miss. The battery life is terrible I have to leave them on charge in between calls or they would be flat by the end of the day- even when not used. Will definitely go for a wired connection next time

I ordered this headset for a new telesales job i've started and find them very comfortable even when on the phone for several hours at a time. They're fairly lightweight and stay in place making it easy to move around freely while using. I also really like that the speaker bar adjusts and flips round so that you can use them on the other ear as well. Sound is clear and the mic is really good for cancelling background noise (I tested them doing a phone call while playing loud music in the background and I could still hear my partner speaking clearly through the mic). Would recommend for a cheap but good quality product.

A colleague recommended this to me on Black Friday and really glad he did; what’s more at the time their was also a £10 voucher off the price so I only paid £19.99. Despite some of the negative reviews I have read, I cannot complain; so far so good. I had been looking for a wireless headset so this came at the perfect time. I would definitely recommend to others. For this price you really having nothing to lose.
