These are good for ROAD disc brakes. If the calipers are MTB disc brakes then the RL520 would be the correct model. For instance, AVID makes a ROAD BB7 caliper and a MTB BB7 caliper.

Yes if you are using a drop bar. Yes if you are running center pull, cantilever, single or dual pivot brakes, road disc brakes and mini v-brakes. NO if you are using standard length v-brakes or mountain discs.

Yes, It's hard to see but there's push pins in the picture. You depress them and you get your slack to remove your wheel.

I'm guessing you're asking which tools you need for installation. And there's two answers to that question: a 5mm Allen key for the installation to the handlebars. But if you're asking about the whole braking system, well you'd need cable cutters, electrical tape, brake cables, handlebar tape, scissors, a level (optional for the handlebars) and whatever tool is used for the pinch bolt on your brakes.
