One of the two arrived broken. The one I kept is very inferior quality and I decided to go back to just using the cardboard roll/container for my plastic wrap. They advertise non-skid, but it slid all over the counter and I had to hold down the device with one hand while trying to unravel the plastic wrap with the other. Then the cutter has to be used several times before the plastic will release from the device. Don't recommend this product.

You get what you pay for, or rather, you don't get what you don't pay for, and these work if handled carefully and bought at the right price (ie at least half of the ten ninety-nine retail price).Cons: Not all rolls fit. Cutter is standard width/roll length, but the spools only fit a 1¼" core roll, not some of the larger diameter rolls you find on some products. The solution is to save an empty 1¼" core to slip inside any larger cores you might end up with. The worst problem is it's very easy to break the little armature inside that holds the stickier wraps in place to grasp on the next cut. This will render the device unusable, and the thin plastic is virtually impossible to repair adequately. You have to push the cutter firmly but slowly to avoid breakage, and some units are misaligned so much as to make this pretty difficult. You absolutely can not slam your hand down on the cutter to cut. I bought a set of two so that when the armature breaks I use that one for parchment and set up the new one for plastic. The armature broke after the first week.Pros: If you use it carefully it will serve you well for a couple years or so. It is much much more convenient to use than the little hand-slicing strip attached to the wrap box which never quite gives you a clean, straight cut..If your budget can accomidate it, buy a higher quality cutter.

Wraptastistics works great and saves me lots of time in the kitchen. I bought 2 of them. One for me and one for a friend. Love it!

very disappointed. I had one from a number of years ago that I love and decided to get more.. these are not made the same and di not cut the foil all the way and Im returning the product

It's a nice idea of a product, but the quality it's not very good, a few days we were using them, one of them stopped snapping back to it's original position once you pressed, so it's ver uncomfortable to use

Really does a god job of making it easier to use plastic wrap. The only drawback is the bar that bar that is supposed to hold the wrap in place after you make the cut either breaks or keeps popping off of the posts. I ended up pitching the bar and just make sure that as soon as I cut a piece of wrap that I grab the end and fold about 1/2" over the outside. Will only hold wraps up to 200', so you have to be careful what size you purchase.

No more tangled plastic wrap! One hint-after using the wraptastic, pull some of the plastic wrap up, otherwise it tends to slide down and it's really hard to get it up again.
