It came Without the snap top on it and the top was not in the package I didn't like that because that was the reason I order it. I wish they would sent me 2 snap to go on the top. I had another one that didn't have a top on it. All the other came with top snap on, I will enjoy embroidery anyway with them.

Missing cover
The thread itself is great, and the color is beautiful, but it arrived missing the special cover to keep it clean and tangle free (the main reason to purchase this thread instead of another brand). So, I'm a bit disappointed.
