Works great with my UHF modulator
I had previously purchased a digital UHF channel modulator to send a video feed from a camera pointed at the drive to all of the TVs in the house on channel 88 (arbitrary channel choice). The idea was to be able to flip to channel 88 easily to see the driveway when I am expecting someone. The output, though, was horrible, so I ordered one of these filters, added it in, and now the video feed on channel 88 and all the lower cable channels work just fine. We do not have digital cable, just analog that stops at channel 78, so I am not sure how this would work with digital cable.

Channel Plus LPF-600 Low Pass Filter
I returned this because it did not work for me, but a seller on Ebay is selling high pass filter with very clear instruction on how to use it and how to clear the memory in your ca/sat boxes

Fixed cable company interference
I have a camera system and I use a modulator to output to channel 102, 104, 106. I started losing the channels. I ordered another modulator but this did not fix the problem. I thought I would give the filter a shot. It worked like a charm. It appears Mediacom is now transmitting data on the upper channels, before they were suitable for my use. This product was easy to install and effective. It did interfere with my HD DVR box so I just attached that run before I used the filter. No problem.

Clears up unwatched space for other things to be placed into...
It basically does what the Amazon description says, give or take a few channels it seems. I'm using it with an OTA antennae that gets about a zillion channels, most of which - in this thing's range - we don't watch. I'm also using a CCTV system with many cameras and several input sources, like a Roku, a dvd player, etc. that are seen on TVs all over the house. With all that, I needed to clear up some space to "add back channels" for my cameras, etc. Installing this along the antennae line in, it cleared out OTA channels, oh, 40 to 60 or so, mostly, allowing me to display camera output(s), roku, dvds, etc. on channels 52, 54, 56, etc. using a modulator(s). You can use other similar filters, usually billed as "notch" filters, to remove other channels than these, so shop carefully for what suits your particular needs.

Quite horrible.
I received this in a condition that was completely unacceptable. The adhesive labels were half ripped off and a long "grind" mark across the bottom marring the metal on one side. Would have mailed it back for a replacement but had to ship at my cost. Not worth the headache. Threw away.

TV channels are all below 600 mhz now.
This is the filter to buy. This year the TV channels are all moving to below the 600 mhz and the 5G band will occupy the old 600-700 mhz space that some TV channels were using. This will block out the 5G band which is what you want.

Easy solution to a pesky problem
Our local cable guys put in an amplifier to enhance our cable signal which caused problems on some of the higher number channels we were using for other applications within our dental office. This filter blocked that amplified interference and all is well!
