Absolute Working Miracle
Works an absolute miracle that no tiger aftershave has been able to do! This is hands down the best product i’ve used. Only a couple days in and all my bumps disappeared and no i no longer feel the burning sensation while shaving. This should get an nobel prize

Great bump treatment
Only used a few days but I have used it before. Works well in treating chin bumps from shaving

It Works
This is the best razor bump product that I have ever used. I have zero irritation, and my face is completely smooth. I highly recommend it.

Works, but false bottom
Product works, but there is very little of it. False bottom, so pissed off. I will no buy again.

Great product
Husband uses all the time and said it is very well made for use. Helps keep bumps down or not all all.

I'm impressed
First time buyer here. I was skeptical but this stuff works pretty well. I have PCOS and as a woman have to shave my face daily which gives me razor bumps from constant shaving and irritation. Within a couple of days, a really bad patch of razor bumps cleared up. I've been using it daily since I bought it and I will be buying this again.

Great 1/2 of a Dynamic Duo
As an African-American man with curly facial hair, razor bumps were challenging to deal with decades ago, until I started using the combo of Tend Skin as an astringent, and then Bump Stopper 2. Those are the only two things that kept my neck razor bump free. Still works. Can't stop. Won't stop. 😆

The risks involved in the directed use of this product
When it comes to topical ingrown hair products, the gold standard for me is either Tend Skin or Skin Tight. Both of these products are very similar in efficacy, and have similar ingredients. After reading reviews for this cream, I hoped that this product could be a less expensive alternative to either of those. Since becoming more popular and well known, both Skin Tight and Tend Skin have increased in price significantly, so while they do work like a charm, I hoped there was a similar product out there that could save me some money on something I use very regularly. Unfortunately, this product didn’t do that for me. While the product does what it says it will do when used as directed, my issue is with the risks involved in the directed use of the product. There’s more effective, and most importantly, safer ingrown hair products out there. Both Skin Tight and Tend Skin work by drying out ingrown bumps, gradually but quickly lifting away and exfoliating the outer dry skin layer, until the embedded hair eventually exposes itself, making it easy to pluck and remove the problem hair. If the hair isn’t removed, inflammation will only temporarily go away, no matter what you use, and the hair can still become infected beneath the skin. This product does not cause any peeling or exfoliation of the dry/dead skin layer, which makes it more difficult to remove the ingrown hair. The directions suggest that the hair should be removed prior to applying this product, and that’s fine if it’s a surface hair, but if it’s a deeply embedded ingrown, you’d have to dig into your delicate skin with a needle or pointed tweezers to get the hair out. Even then, the hair may break off beneath the skin rather than be pulled from the root, especially if you don’t have experience with ingrown hair removal. Anyone with chronic ingrown hairs knows how frustrating, painful, and dangerous this process is, and it really shouldn’t be done by a non-professional at all. If you have a medium or deep skin tone, you also know that any damage to the skin can result in unsightly, stubborn hyperpigmentation that can take months or years to gradually fade. I can’t in good conscience, continue to use or recommend a product, the expressly directed use of which will very likely result in iatrogenic hyperpigmentation, and possibly a serious infection. Especially not when there are more effective, less risky products out there, which don’t require you to deeply puncture and damage your skin, risking infection by fishing out deeply embedded, coiled ingrown hairs. This is not something to be taken lightly. People have been hospitalized with sepsis and MRSA because they simply popped a pimple or tried to remove an ingrown hair that became infected. Some of those people have even died because of this. To me, it seems irresponsible to recommend that anyone attempt their own ingrown removal, especially without warning of the serious risks involved. Obviously, surface hairs trapped just beneath the stratum corneum are significantly less risky to remove, but those aren’t the type of trapped hairs that cause inflamed, painful bumps in the first place, the type of bumps that this product claims to treat. If you have those type of surface hairs, exfoliation and shaving/tweezing alone can remedy that, and you don’t need this type of product at all. If this product works well for you without having to extract any hairs, I’m genuinely glad for that. I didn’t find that to be the case for me personally, but I’m happy that it’s worked for you. I just ask that anyone attempting ingrown hair removal please be careful and be aware of the risks involved. I understand that not everyone has access to an aesthetician or dermatologist, but the potential risks of ingrown hair removal are serious, and it’s something to educate yourself about and seriously consider. Use clean, sanitized tools each and every time, wash your hands thoroughly before and after, wear latex gloves, or don’t directly touch the bump with your hands at all if you can help it. Some people are able to use two cotton swabs to expel the contents of an inflamed bump, which is much safer, but this may not work for everyone, and it probably won’t bring the hair to the surface. Please do research on the signs and symptoms of bacterial infection, including septicaemia (blood infection) and MRSA (a serious, treatment-resistant infection caused by staphylococcus bacteria). If harmful bacteria does manage to get into your body via the damaged skin, the odds are in your favor if it’s caught and treated early enough. Don’t wait until symptoms are unbearable, get to a hospital or urgent care facility for treatment as soon as you notice something is wrong. This can mean the difference between life and death. I’m not trying to sound alarmist, I just felt compelled to share the important information and risks that this company didn’t think were particularly important or necessary, for whatever reason.

This stuff actually works great, which is very rare among all the products for ingrown hairs/razor bumps (in my experience). It particularly is great if you follow the instructions to tweeze the worst ingrown hairs, then apply it to them. But if you're lazy and don't want to do that, it still works as a general treatment/preventative of razor burn. Note it says 'apply sparingly' and you really can and should. It's tempting to use too much and you will use up the tub quickly. I suggest apply specifically to areas of concern, and when you want to apply over a wide area, spread it thinly, don't overdo it, or you'll waste it.
