Quality product, the print is grand and the cafetiere has a bit of weight to it. Used it many times and filters the coffee as you'd expect. Easy to clean and great to put out on display

milk jug???? second one arrived but again !!! are parts missing
half of the cafetiere is missing!or is this just a milk jug sent in its placevery disappointing in deedi have the hassle of getting it sent backbeen in lock -down for over 16 weeks someone else will have to take it to the post office..who? i have no idea yetreturned the JUG with missing parts yesterdayToday a replacement cafetiere arrived AGAIN! shouldn't there be a nut to stop the plunger from been at a consent drop..its missing...fed up now , this cafetiere was over £40 and a present to mefeel like returning it

Lovely pot but damaged/missing a piece
This coffee pot is lovely. It's big and strong and the design is perfect. When it was delivered the lid was broken and Amazon sorted it straight away. But the replacement was missing the plunger so had to go again so that kinda sucked.
