But if you are buying this for tropical fish long term I wouldn't go that way. I would (and do) buy tropical fish flakes. **Q: Ok for how big of koi can I use it for** A: This food is recommended for juvenile koi and goldfish of no more than 3 to 4 inches in length. Once they are larger than 4" you really want to wean them off of flakes and onto a foodstick.
