VTech CS5121 Cordless Phone, Silver/Black, 1 Handset

I usually buy new products, but because of the difference in price between the new and the used for this item, I bought this product as a used item. It works and looks like it is new. It is easy to see if I have messages, and easy to retrieve messages, unlike other systems. The handpiece is comfortable, light. It powers up fast, and retains power. The caller id is easily readable. I don't use all the features on this product, but I sure do like the feature that I can press a button on the module, and it will let me know where the handset is,,,,,just in case I misplaced it and can't find it. I also like the volume controls, on both the module and the handset. I made a good choice with this product.

I am very satisfied with this phone i bought it to replace my 20 year old land line which was also a Vtech and it is doing a fine job so far. A bit pricey but worth it, many people think having a land line is a thing of the past but i dont like to rely on a cell phone for everything.

I bought it so I could use a cordless phone. Sounds easy right? Well it's not. The answering machine part works amazingly the phone part however will not connect to the base. It also wasn't sent with a manual so you guess is as good as mine as to how to make this 20$ pos to work.

I am very happy with my purchase of this phone. It is my third V-Tech phone and they have been awesome on every occasion.

I like the product but came with no manual that was the only thing I didn't like

The phone is good, at least it worth its price.Cons: No handfree mode; Cannot add more handset.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. The phone is static-y and the person I am calling complains they cannot hear me. Also having problems with the battery dying within minutes of use despite charging for hours. I will be looking for the return slip to send this back.
