Impressive during the pandemic! ABF Freight was the delivery service, and the driver was efficient and professional. The couch was packaged nicely as to avoid damage during shipping. I am a female in slightly better than average shape and moved the couch into my house by myself.A generous 3 stars- AssemblyThere was one sheet of instructions telling how to take off the wooden skid used in the delivery/boxing process. It was a poorly copied paper. I still cannot figure out where I needed the Phillip’s head screwdriver. There were no instructions on putting the backs on, but once you figure out your correct end pieces, you are good to go. The vertical arm rests were a little tricky because I thought the metal pieces were the same size. They aren’t and slide together just like the back pieces of the couch.4 stars- ComfortIt is taller and firmer than my previous couch. That will take some adjustment on my part, but it is not a deal-breaker. The regular arm rests are not very wide or plump.5 stars- QualityIt feels solid and looks nice. It doesn’t shake or seem off-balance.

During the Covid 19 crisis we decided if we had to stay at home we would need some more comfortable furniture. No area stores were open. We had recently purchased a regular sofa from a regional furniture chain and it was a huge disappointment. Found this, read the reviews and gave it a try. Glad I did.The unit comes in attached to a two pallet long platform. It won't go in your front door until unpacked. The seating area is all one piece and heavy. It will take two very strong guys to move the unit indoors after all the shipping materials have been removed. We used a two wheel dolly and that made it a lot easier. Assembles in minutes. Just remember the seat back cushions are installed with the bracket to the outside.We are, shall we say, plus sized in this family and this sofa is very supportive. I didn't want leather and we have a very comfortable microfiber covering one of the reasons we ordered his unit.. We opted for the simpler lever operated reclining feature and it works great. Can't say anything negative about this and my dog approves of it too. Made in China. Shipped from Florida.We received it well within the estimated time of arrival. Delighted with this purchase.

This recliner couch was purchased for Mom's house where just my adult son lives with 2 cats. I was there 1/2 of the first 3 months that the couch was in the home. I was shocked to see that less than 90 days after delivery the "leather" was showing white fabric underneath at one of the seams on a seat cushion. I contacted Coaster and they responded that they do not have a warranty but suggested I send in an explanation with what the problem was and attach pictures and a copy of the invoice. It had to be less than 5 MB as their mail server blocks anything larger. I sent it in over a month ago and am still waiting for a response. $700 for a brown sofa that has an unslightly white area at the seam. No way to hide it other than cover it up - which doesn't work well with a recliner type sofa. Not happy and not impressed.

I am happy with this purchase, but it is not as comfortable as the chairs that I have in this same style/fabric. I am hoping that over time it will soften up a bit.

Comfortable, nice texture, easy to assemble the three upright seat backs and arms with no tools required. Good price and delivery. Construction seems a bit light on frame and back supports that only time will tell.

The photo of the sofa is not a good representation of the coloring of the actual product. The sofa is extremely uncomfortable and poorly made. It snapped together in less than 10 minutes. No tools required except for removing the partial wooden pallet screwed into the bottom on one side. I was so disappointed with everything about this sofa that I started the return process for it the same day.

I didn't realize just how much our old couch was physically hurting us.......until we got this one. The old one we got used 30 years ago..........they *do* wear out! This one is wonderful!Edited to add: The material is REALLY thin. One of our dogs opened it, with barely a scratch. Sigh. ordered a patch kit.

I would have given the sofa 5 stars, but the assembly instructions were a joke. We just worked through it ourselves. Very satisfied with color, comfort, and size. A little stiff at first, but it's softening with use. I would not recommend this sofa for taller people. I'm 5'1" and my husband is just over 6' and it's perfect for us, but I don't think it would work for those much over 6'.
