Easy to install, hard to get working.
This product comes with very little documentation and I almost returned the product thinking it was broken. It turns out it was a BIOS setting that needed to be changed. What it should tell you but doesn't, is that you need to set PCI-E speed to 3.0/4.0 and enable above 4G decoding in the BIOS. Otherwise the computer fails to POST with VGA error code.Otherwise it is a good and well made product.

Not PCIe Gen4 compatible
This is a well made cable, but does not support PCIe Gen4 at all. This is fine, as it isn't advertised as such, but I want to make people aware. Also, it is a sleezy move for Phanteks to basiccally design their case mounts to only fit with their own brand of rise cable and then charge a premium for it.If you want to save money, use a dremel and a cheaper riser cable.

Works!
Got this for my evolve x case as my water cooled lightning z gpu wouldn't fit in the conventional way and I had to mount it vertically. Glad I did now. Looks stellar and zero performance drop. I would know if there was too cause I benchmark the shit out of my stuff lol.2 Years later while trying to disable CSM for windows11 I kept getting a 5 beep error on start up. Turns out my GPU was running at x4 instead of x16. Had to reseat cable multiple times to get it back to x16 and if the cable is so much as touched it goes back to x4.Moral of story don't vertically mount GPU unless you absolutely have to!!!!
