Poopy pill popper
not as easy as it looks. for those pkgs that have the additional foil piece, it hampers the end result. And, for old people with arthritis, it's nearly useless. I used it because it saved having my nails bleed (as I pop all my pills at once and put them in a monthly pill container.) But, the ones held up by that extra piece of aluminum foil end up falling on the floor, or in my lap ... so, I lose some pills along the way. And, I have to be careful to eliminate any aluminum foil circles, as I've twice choked on them by not realizing that they popped out with my pill and fell into the container and I swallowed them. I wrote to the company requesting a simpler solution, but they dismissed my complaint (as most other people find no problems ... or don't complain!)

Easy to use
I got this for my daughter Who is a med tech when she hurt her hand. in a nursing home you're popping out so many pills from medication cards this made it so much easier even after her hand healed.

This device is better than using the point of a knife as I ...
It works but the top part is wobbly and doesn't always strike the pill right. Also, the pill doesn't always drop. This device is better than using the point of a knife as I was doing.

Doesn't work 100%,
Doesn't work 100%, but for someone who has to open a million meds a day (hospital worker) this is handy

Pill popper? They have to be kidding.
Slick plastic, you insert the pill plastic side up and it just slides around over the opening, so forget one handed operation. Weak hands, you better be a one handed gorilla because there are no serrations or sharp plastic rim to help cutting the through the foil. No, this could be modified to work better, but it is NOT what was described.

Great idea
I used to spent a lot of time and frustration trying to get my pills out of the aluminum packets. Now I can do it in seconds with no problem. One of the best purchases I ever made.

I was hoping this would work
Don't by this. It doesn't work at all. A waste of money. SORRY

Unbrauchbar

Pretty poor.
Sort of works on some pills, but mostly pretty terrible, splits packets, and breaks larger tablets. It proved too difficult to use for my elderly father, requiring too much effort .

Not the best, but got job done eventually
Ok so read all reviews before buying and it was 50/50 i almost didnt buy it but i needed one so bit the bullet regardless. Its big bulky flimsy not attractive, ppl complained that it crushes tiny pills and it does if your not careful, i did not like it at first at all thought i had wasted my money, i did read someone said if you take time and persist you get the knack of it and i do agree i learnt how to place and press and it is now effective i just wish they would make for tiny round pills which would make it perfect as this is the shape of large oval old paracetamol style. I use this once a week to fill my weekly pill box and its good for this, but to do an a daily basis i feel would drive me crazy. If i had vision problems, arthritis, hand eye co-ordination problems i dont think this would work, i am very young person with good vision and no mobility issues, i just take lots of pills a day 😆🙈 so this eventually became something useful once i understood it better.
