I got these lights a few months back and they are amazing. They were working with my echo dot but then they suddenly stopped working with it. I contacted Ubanner and they were amazing and in less than 12 hours they sent an email saying that the have sent a new part to replace the broken one. Also, they gave instructions on how to do everything. Overall, it's a great product and I would definitely recommend!!

I'd have given these light 6 stars if I could. They cost a bit more that many rivals but when you get them you can see why. The lights are waterproof so have like a clear rubbery coating on then making them feel very durable when installing. There are more lights per metre than many I've seen and they are nice and bright. They have a black backing which is very unusual but was exactly what I needed as we're going on fairly dark blue walls. The sticky backing is VERY sticky and I'm sure they are going to stay in place. I wanted a run of almost 20 metres around the ceiling of my daughter’s bedroom. You get 2x 10m reels so just run one reel in one direction and the other reel in the opposite direction and then trim when they meet. Highly recommended.

First week i had it, easy to setup, easy to operate, everything working very well, most impressed. installed into my decking and into an ip65 box for the psu and wifi adaptor. worked well with alexa and the app - literally no complaints. 1 week on, the lights didnt respond to command or remote. the app said offline. went through all the usual, rebooting, resetting powering on and off, reinstalling the app etc - cant get them to connect to the app. lights flash to show they are working and in connection mode but app cant find them and they are not generating a wifi network to connect to manually. launched question on here for support and through the app - no response yet. contacted amazon who offered a refund - dont want a refund, would like support. - cant find anyway to contact the company - hoping they will respond to this review - if they get it working again, i will update the review hopefully back to the 5 stars i would have given it last week.

OMG - this was very difficult to put up, but, if I were doing it again, it would be easy. It was my first time with LED strip lights, no instructions, tips or recommendations in the kit. Online I found some related info, but, would have been good to have in the box. I was putting them up in a room which is not rectangular, and has about 8 corners - the kit comes with 4 right angle connectors and I ordered more - this is not mentioned on this product page. I had the option of putting the strip on the ceiling around the edge, or around the wall where it meets the ceiling. I figured it would look best if on the ceiling - this was my biggest mistake. In opting to use the right angle connectors, I cut the strip as recommended, but joining them using the connectors was very difficult. Time and time again not all the colours would work, as the electrical contact was not working well. I have experience in wiring - this really was awful to get working. Eventually the strip end got damaged too much and I had to cut that section off. I ended up removing the entire strip to tackle it another day - unfortunately, this pulled a fair bit of paint away as well - mistake number two, don't stick up till any connections are made and you can test red, green and blue LEDs to make sure all the connectors are working. The next day, I opted for putting the strip up on the top of the wall where it meets the ceiling, and gently bending the strip around corners - this was easy and just worked. I then grappled with a connector again to get all of the strip up I wanted. If I were doing it again, I'd do anything to avoid having to use any connectors at all. Oh, the app was great, but the only instructions in the box was a card to direct you to the user guide and app. The user guide ONLY spoke about setting up the app - no strip installation details at all. At the end of the day, apart for seeing a connector - everything else is looking pretty awesome - and we do like the lights and the control the app gives.

I have purchased a 10m version of these LED's by ubanner and now this 20m version. 10m version worked absolutely fine. The only issue i had with the 20m one was a small section (3 leds green was broken as per the pic). Unknown to me upon leaving previous feedback 4 star feedback because a small section was broken. I have been sent a replacement strip much longer than the affected section (thank you). This is now 5 star product with a 5 star customer service. For others looking for a useful review here are some key points: -As its standard RGBW strip lighting there are lots of connectors to do many different setups. E.G 90 Degree corner connectors to do right angles on ceilings to have your LED's pointing down. - The wifi application you have to use on the phone is Magic Home. It does everything you need it to do but you do have to sign up for an account online. (Alternatively you could use the remote provided for an "Offline" solution). - I managed to get these LED's working with Openhab (An opensource home automation software). Thank you again to the seller for going above and beyond. Would recommend for an LED solution to most scenarios.

Short review: doesn't stick to my wallpaper, don't buy if this is your intention to use it. Good app and remote, app has nice features and is responsive. Long review: I used these LED lights to decorate my room with, I loved them once I'd put them up. I wrapped it round my TV to give a backlight glow and then along the top of my room walls, they were bright and lit up the room by itself. Then I noticed three of the lights were faulty and displaying the wrong colours. I got in contact with the seller and they sent out a new strip (after a lot of confusion about why it took so long to deliver). The new strip arrived and everything worked fine. Ive had the strips unstick themselves from the wall multiple times but nothing major, I would just stick some blu tack on these bits and then they would stay. I arrived home today to find an entire strip on the floor with another one nearly pulled down with it. I put the strip back up to now find that the strip is now broken and isn't displaying any colours at all. I'm going to contact the seller about a full refund for this low quality product.

Great product for the money. I opted for the not waterproof type as they are installed under my work units in the kitchen. Easy set up. Make sure surface is clean and grease free. Peel off backing a little at a time. Could have done with corner connectors. But I bought separately as I knew I'd need a two. Works on a set time controlled from app on smart phone or pad. Alexa voice activated. Superb.

Purchased these LED's for my garden wall. Physically installing the lights was easy although you will need to purchase extra items such as connectors. Once installed you need to download the Magic Home app which again is straight forward. Now this is where the whole product is let down by the shocking instructions and app. You need to connect your phone to the LED's via wifi. To do this is a nightmare and hardly ever works. Disconnect from your normal wifi and connect to the LED's it says. I have done this several times and have only ever managed once to be able to operate the lighting from the app. If the product had a good app and set of instructions then I would have no problem recommending them but at present I think there are much better systems out there.
