Thomas and Friends Annie & Clarabel Vehicle 2-Pack - Take-n-Play

I purchased these for my son to go along with the Thomas he got with one of the take-and-play range tracks and he loves them. Being aged 2 they have been dropped, thrown, dunked in water and used for flying practice off the dining room table, always surviving without a dent or scratch even after 6 months.The carriages are good quality and well painted with great detailing, and are a must for anyone looking to get the take-and-play range. However I wouldn't purchase for a younger child as they are metal and quite heavy, there are other Thomas & Friends ranges that would suit someone smaller (my son has a rubber Percy bath toy for example, that he used to suck when he was younger).

Well made and takes all the knocks that my grandson gives. These are the second purchase of these one set for here and one set for his house, the only differences are the first pair were made in China with glazed windows and this order was made in Thailand and unglazed - not really that noticeable but not quite as good spec. Paintwork finishes excellent as before.

What can you say, it is the inseparable Annie and Clarabel, stalwarts who have passed the test of time and a must for any Thomas set. Well made and durable, the set I purchase have lots of detailing, although I have noticed recently from other feedback that later packs may be offering a different version? Also, the price seems to be going up and the availability coming down as tends to happen when a product line is being discontinued. Surely that can not be possible in this case?

Love the item and can't wait to see my son's face when santa brings them Christmas day. He has wanted them For a while now but they are rare and not easy to get hold of.

Although these toys are for children, the products recieved should be as described and pictured.The latest version did not meet this criteria. The faces are not as attractive, there are no black lining detailon the side of the carriages, no red colour on the ends and no window glazing.The overall impression is of a cheaper and inferior version.Not that my grand daughter will notice, but that is not the point.

Just another couple to add to my grandson's collection . I keep thinking that surely the collection must be complete .How wrong am I , there is always someone else on the 'List' !

Item was delivered quickly and promptly. It was as described, brand new in packaging. Great product to keep your little one amused, especially if you combine it with a track set and other engines.

Annie and Clarabel had been requested by my son from Santa. They are giving him great fun and as I expected the quality is great. Santa did good!!!!
