The Permanent Makeup Manual

It's mostly pictures and information that really requires discussion and hands-on learning. You can't use this book and expect it to make up for a training or what your training lacks.

I heard from many people and teachers that the Art of Microblade Manual was excellent educational material. They were RIGHT! The first word I said when I got this manual was Wow! I read it had over a 100 beautiful pictures and illustrations and it did. I was so surprised to see how well it was put together. Now I know why I heard so many good things about this manual.I have a spa in McLean, Virginia where we not only perform the microblade procedure, but teach it as well. I am proud to be able to give students The Art of Microblading Manual.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received the Permanent Makeup Manual. It was a thick book with colorful illustrations on almost every page. A professional makeup artist recommended this manual because she refers to it as a guide. The chapter on Color is very thorough on what colors to use for undertones for different procedures. I also will use this manual as my guide throughout my career as a permanent makeup artist. I would recommend this book to anyone in the industry or considering being a permanent makeup artist.

This book is very useful for someone starting out in the permanent cosmetic industry! I was very happy with this purchase. It even comes with pages that you can take out and have laminated to hang right in your office or room to help client's understand color theory, faces shapes and etc.

Mostly pictures. For the price, I wouldn't recommend it. I am a permanent make up artist and looking for a book for students. There are other books on Amazon for less with a lot more information.
