This replaced my old seriously damaged laptop. It's been a while since I had an apple product but I'm very happy with it's performance, light weight, and appearance. Apple did me well with this one.

The condition was not as described but otherwise ok

I have a Win11 HP that is just very flaky (as most Windows machines are - in this case wifi doesn't consistently connect) so I decided to give this Mac a try. I ordered a core I5 but received a core I7 - so no complaints here! I upgraded it to the latest OS and it has so far been flawless. It's a little bit of a different interface, but actually has similarities to my IPhone. Plus having an Apple ID already set up made getting started pretty simple. It's compact, lightweight, and easy to use and understand. The charge cable is pretty cool - it's a magnetic type that will pull away without hurting anything (unlike typical laptops). I played a 1080P video and it was smooth and crisp with a very good volume (gets pretty loud if needed). The only negative is start up time is longer than a win10 or win11 PC with similar specs - but not terrible.Overall I'm really liking it!

was really excited to get this renewed MacBook, especially for the price, and as listed, "EXCELLENT CONDITION."However, it is NOT "excellent condition."The battery is HORRIBLE. It was fully charged and I had ONE application open (Google chrome) and the battery dropped down to 5%. It does NOT hold a charge.It says "service recommended on battery."So basically, I was sold an "excellent condition" MacBook, when it clearly is NOT excellent condition.I'm very disappointed because I already set up everything on my MacBook, I am a nursing student, and I NEED a laptop.With this being said, the 90 day warranty was included with this purchase, so I will have to return it, and hopefully get what I paid for - an "EXCELLENT CONDITION RENEWED MACBOOK." Now I have to wait for a new one to be shipped out to be, due to the false advertising of this MacBook being in excellent condition. I'm giving it one last chance to be shipped out an EXCELLENT CONDITION RENEWED MACBOOK, as advertised...

I wasn’t expecting great when I bought this, considering it was a refurbished. But once I received it, it looked in fairly new condition . I didn’t see any kind of damage, not even slight cosmetic. Setup was easy and I was able to figure out how to get the latest macOS Installed. This is my first Mac, I have always been an iPhone owner. Everything connected through my Apple ID just fine. Keyboard, mouse, screen all worked great. I also purchased a screen protector and cute cover for the outside, to help keep things protected. Charge holds very well. This exceeded my expectations so far. I’ve had it for about 2 months, and for the occasional uses, has been as expected. It connected to my printer no problem. Still haven’t attempted to connect to my cricut, but eventually I’ll give that a try. I was almost hesitant buying refurbished, but I’m glad I did, same great product, for a fraction of the cost of new. I’ve purchased refurbished iPads and phones, and the outcome has been roughly the same, with some glitches from one or 2. But haven’t seen any yet from this one.

Update:After reaching out to Warehouse B, they went above and beyond to replace the less than stellar computer I initially received. The new arrived quite promptly, and while I think their logistics company could do a little better, it looks and runs great. Removing 1 star for the hassle, but the replacement machine is what is described in the listing, and I am now happy with my purchase.Previous Review:The Macbook Air I ordered arrived HEAVILY scratched on the bottom, with numerous dings on the sides, and heavy wear on the charge port. I could have overlooked that, but the T key was worn, and the S key did not function correctly, just squished down and didn't rebound. As well the hinge was weak, and the laptop screen would hyper extend on the slightest bump. Do NOT recommend.

Apple MacBook Air 13.3" Laptop - - is an excellent quality product by Apple. CareSet-Up is a must. Any Set-Up Error onceentered; cannot be corrected. Avoid mak-ing just One Typpo Error It can't be fixed.Otherwise, in the beginning I was full ofof hope and great expectations. So sad.Respectfully yours,Richard France

Everything on this mac refers is perfec. There are a few tiny scratches on the bottom but like new everywhere else. The only thing I can complain about is one of the USB ports is lose, but its not new, so good for the price.

It came with Catalina and I updated it to Monterey. Battery life is great too. So far I found no issues with my Macbook. It is good as new. Great customer service & fast delivery.
