Beast of Dracula (Princess Dracula Book 4)

Wow!!! This book blew me away! I curled up in my chair and could not put it down and read it in one sitting. I love Ruxandra. Her mindset about humans is unique for a vampire I think. One thing for sure she does know how to go through life unnoticed. Elizabeth on the other hand...I am never sure when she is being manipulative, but then again that would take the suspense away from the story if one could tell.Once again John has taken me on a trip that I did not want to leave and ended way to quickly. I love being a part of Ruxandra's story. There are times I can feel all her pain and even her hunger. John is a master in listening to his characters and breathing life into them with words. Not to mention the time and the life around them. This series is certainly one that I will be happy to reread again.

God I love Rux! She just keeps getting better!Damn Elizabeth has got to just ruin everything! After screwing up ruxandras home and love life Elizabeth talks Ruxandra into coming to Los Angelos to fix a Ghoul problem. Ruxandra not wanting to be outed to the public agrees. Of course Elizabeth can’t be trusted, or that god awful Dorotyas. Ruxandra has no idea the magnitude of the problem and she must do everything it takes to stop what is in store!Each book along things get a little darker and I found myself squirming at the gore in this book! But I love it!

Well, Elizabeth is back, and she is worse than ever! Again, Ruxandra must decide if she wants to help her bec someone is killing the vampires. Let’s just say this is not for squeamish readers, but. As usual, Kennedy draws u in on a roller coaster ride of good vs evil. Love this series by a fine young writer. Hope there will be more.

I absolutely loved the first book, but sadly the second one was pretty disappointing, while the 3rd was probably the best.Then I eagerly started reading this book in hopes that it would continue in the shoes of the 3rd. The first disappointment was, that while the 2nd and 3rd books started where the 1st and 2nd ended, this one started with completely ignoring the ending of the 3rd, the only saving grace imho is the setting, which I rather liked. Then the most boring character - who in my opinion should have died in the 2nd book - in the series returns only to sow complete chaos. Not only does Ruxandra completely ignore what she does, but she lets herself be pushed around and toyed with, even tough the author tries to tell us how much she changed, how much more humane she is. And what's even worse she does nothing when Elizabeth kills someone close to her or when she starts killing innocent people for fun. The only saving grace this book could've had is killing her, but alas I read in other reviews that's not the case, so I stopped reading. I'm sad that the final book went in this direction, but I'm sure that there are others who like it this way... sadly I'm not one of them.

Loved all 3 books. I love vampire stories but it's getting harder to find good books about them. Most have the same type of storyline and after the 1st chapter I can predict the ending. This series isn't like that. I have pre-ordered the next and can't wait to read it. I'm hoping it's as great as the others my

Dear John Patrick Kennedy,Thank you for your books the had me so interested. I could not wait for the next one. Your intense for the story and its people are very intriguing. Some of the people in the book left me so mad I wanted them killed too. I got so I to this story I thought I was Ruxie. Thank you for these books. I'll be on the look out formore. TAMMY

Very decent. My favorite was the second book of the series so far. Need an editor to go back through and catch the spelling errors and some of the things that are small glutches in story line between the books but overall the series is a decent read!

It's so hard to put this book down and not want to snatch it back up again right away! This is an excellent series of novels for burning hours and hours! Good characters, good viewpoints, and excellent description of events unfolding.Be careful picking it up; you won't want to put it down!

Great book series, cant wait for the next one to come out whenever that is! Great writer very easy to imagine the characters.
