1) Pictures synched great. News feed synched great. 2) Adds to Pocket never synched and locked up InkCase. 3) All text or .pdf files would not load and locked up the InkCase. 4) Hourly News updates were from May 2018 consistently (received device on 10-5-18). Manual updates still were months old 5) Battery life I was 5 hours max, even on the least periodic setting for news updates (every 2 hours), 6) Power Button will cause arthritis with continued use. It is the most non-responsive power button created. Will be returning ASAP.

Defective product, do not buy!!!
I had one shipped and internal battery was defective and wouldn't charge. Very disappointed.

When it came in the mail I was excited until I realized that 2 of the required ports had defects

The worst. Purchased two in a row, both worked great for two months and then, as the photo shows, both failed after two months. Quality control seems to be a serious issue here.
