Great reference at your fingertips
We love this book and keep it handy in our gym for when we want to reference something or throw in a new move. Itโs clear photos make it easy to read. Iโm a picture person and I prefer to have this at my fingertips rather than having to open my phone and squint to look things up online. And thereโs a ton of information. Excellent book

Great book
Itโs a textbook of anything you need to know exercise. How to do the exercises and what muscles you are targeting when you are doing it. It has pictures which are very helpful. And of course you can always look something up on YouTube also. Iโd definitely say buy it. Itโs a very affordable price and it helps.

OMG, amazing book at an amazing price!
A simple book on how to get fit. Well written and Amazingly illustrated. It not only shows a range of exercises, but also include exercises specifically for the sport you're into. I play tennis and it has a specific workout regiment just for that. Really a great book and can't beat the price. Should have bought this long ago, now I understand how to properly use the equipment and have good form. Can't say enough good things about this book.
