The flavor was fine but I dont like that it was a bunch of little strips. I had to use 3 boxes for only 1 pan of lasagna and all of us were sick last night and this morning. I have 2 boxes left. They are going in the trash. No thank you.

This product for one is misleading. It isnt a product even resembling pasta at all. It is just hearts of palm. Do yourself a favor and from your local grocer for a dollar or less ( Aldi, walmart, wtc) and slice it thin. That is all they have done here.Secondly, there was a puncture hole that had the juice leaking everywhere. It was soured smelling and gross on all 4 boxes I had received. One of the biggest wastes of money I have ever suffered, and I am not generally picky. DO NOT waste your hard earned money on this.

Delighted with how much these are like lasagna noodles. My husband even loved them and he doesn’t eat veggies.

The texture was terrible. I made my lasagne the day before and cooked it for 50 minutes. Still I could not cut through or bite through the "noodles". Some bites were stingy while other bites were tough. I was very disappointed as I like the Palmini Linguine very much and expected I would like the lasagne equally. Such was not the case. I rinsed and dried the "noodles" and made a very small lasagne. It would take 2-3 boxes to make a normal size lasagne, which would be expensive but fine if it tasted good. I am so thankful I did not serve this to company like I had intended. Stick with the spaghetti or linguine version of the hearts of palm pasta. This does not work well as lasagne. I had hoped to give a good review, sorry.

These are gross. I opened the bag and half of them were all mushy and a darker brown than the rest and completely fell apart to mush when i tried to pick it up. So gross. Couldnt feed this to my fam. Very disappointed.

I’m a little disappointed in the fact that there was no packaging with the product. It appears to be vacuumed sealed which is great but how do I know this is the right product. I’m not able to see what the ingredients are not the cooking instructions. I’m having to throw this away because I don’t trust it enough to feed it to my family...there is nothing to identify what it is.

We saw mixed reviews on this product, but we eat hearts of palm all the time, so decided to try it. We thought it was quite good, and so did our guests. We didn't have any hard or stringy pieces in the 2 boxes we used already. Also, no problems with the order - it was correct. When I buy regular hearts of palm in a can or jar, sometimes I do find a hard or stringy piece, so I can see that might happen with this particular product, but we haven't encountered it yet.

If you like slimy noodles that fall apart when you are taking them out of the package, then this is for you. You may as well toss all the lasagna ingredients in a pan and bake it rather than these useless, tasteless things. I would not recommend or purchase these again. Very disappointing and not sure where the 5 star ratings are coming from.
