I have only had for 1 month, I am 78 years old who was very active physically and have 2 bad knees, 1 bad shoulder (all bone on bone), and spinal stenosis. I was unable to sleep and was up several times a night with severe back pain. I lived on Tylenol and pain pills. Got the inversion table and my problem with my back, which was debilitating, were mostly over. I use it twice a day, morning and night for about a total of 5 minutes, 30 degree inversion, and slight wiggling movement to loosen my vertebrae, inverted for 1 to 2 minutes, up for 30 seconds, then back down, and I am good to go.....Pain Free. For 2 years I was in constant pain when laying down, no sleep, and pills, pills, pills. This has changed my life. As for the product......it i a quality product, very sturdy, well made, easy to assemble......A real bargain. Thank you for allowing me to change my life.

Easy assembly by one person, and I am a retired nurse so most should be able to get it done. Took me about 45 minutes. I find the metal frame to be very sturdy and yeah boy! If you never used one before and are a senior use the recommended settings first week. I have degenerative lower back and otherwise healthy, tried it on full 180 and whew!! LOL..adjusted up. After a couple weeks of the first setting 3 times a week, I am used to it now and my back is better, however I am using a tens unit also as that is what the chiropractor was using. have weaned off the Advil and all is much better. Good investment overall because the chiropractor cost 250 a week. The tens unit was 30. I am happy with my choice and that I can use it whenever the $100.00 has paid for itself. I chose the red and black one, very attractive.

I have been using this table daily (3 times a day for four minutes at a time) for about a month and it has gone a long way towards alleviating my back pain. I will always have lower back pain due to arthritis, degenerative disc disease, age, etc., but this is the best my back has felt in years. As a bonus, my upper back is also almost pain-free. As a first-time inversion table user, I can't honestly say that this is the best table I have ever used, but it serves its purpose and I also can't say it's the worst. The biggest plus in using this table is that it puts my hands and face in the perfect position for my dog and cats to pester me and get petted. There are a couple negatives, which is why I have only given this product 4 stars. First, I have to put it several inches shorter than my actual height in order for it to tip back correctly, and at that adjustment, it doesn't tip up as it is supposed to when I raise my arms. I can either have it tip up correctly or tip back correctly, but not both. The other issue is that the ankle straps are difficult to use when installed correctly, and they are much too short for anyone with thicker ankles.

Ok, so I'm 6'1" 225lbs. I'm going to bed tonight for the first time in twenty years without horrible back and hip pain. I was in a motorcycle accident @19 years old (21 years ago) and have gone through 3 hip replacement surgeries, had back and hip pain I wouldn't wish on anyone for over twenty years. I was skeptical about this inversion table because of the low price but decided to take a go anyways. Took about 30 minutes to put together (if you have tools don't use the ones sent with the package) and after a few five minute sessions over the last few hours I've not felt so much relief in years. This is a great product.

I love this table. I am 6’3” tall very skeptical 50 years old guy. Living with lower back pain pretty much all the time. I don’t have any major injuries but my back was bothering me all the time and from time to time putting me completely out of service for 3-4 days at the time. Some time ago I came across a video about the inversion table. I was convinced it was another bs money maker ripping off naive and desperate people but just to make sure that I am not missing anything I decided to buy this one from Amazon. The price was very low so I wasn’t expecting to much from it. I was ABSOLUTELY WRONG ON EVERYTHING. ITS BEEN OVER 3 weeks AND I FEEL 20 YEARS OLD AGAIN !!! It DOES WORK ! And quality of the table is very good. Nobody pays me anything for advertising it. It truly miraculously changed my life and I can’t believe I didn’t buy it 20 years ago. I am using it 4 to 6 times a day for 2-3 minutes at the time. It is the very first thing in the morning and the very last at night. Anyone with pain should try it. It absolutely works for me !!!

Great product and great price. I have used one for a year now and wanted one when I visited my son for extended periods. Over time my back feels better. You do need to use it religiously not a one time fix. Also, the foot part was different from instructions and I was easily able to figure it out. I like the adjustment bar for various angles. Fast delivery and arrived in perfect condition. The box was pristine. I followed the little video online to assemble mine and found it much easier to follow than the book. Highly recommend.

Don't let the price fool you. This machine is solid and strong and seems more like a 500.00 dollar inversion table. I was really impressed by the quality. The other thing I loved was it was so simple to assemble, I did all by myself without even asking my husband for help. I put it together in 45 minutes, with the video they have and the book. It was so easy. This really is a great machine for the price. You will not be dissappointed.

I like that it is simple to use. The only thing I have trouble with is bending over to release the latch that holds your feet in. It has worked really well for my lower back. I can tell that I have less pain in my lower since I have been using it.
