I bought this machine because my dog Loves to fetch and play with balls. I thought it’s going to be best gift ever for my dog. But for my surprise, my dog didn’t like the sound what the machine make while throwing the ball 😲😟 I was so disappointed. She simply refused to stay around the machine, she was scared 😳. The machine is cool and I love the fact that you can use it outside as well, it is chargeable and for the right dog this is an amazing gadget . I really tried multiple times and ways to convince my dog how awesome this is…. But without success… I am bummed 🙁 that’s the only reason I give only 4 stars

The dogs are too scared to put balls in themselves, but love the chase!The longer you play in one setting (when plugged into the wall), the less far the ball travels. I would wipe off the ball of wetness before putting in the machine. We use this indoors.

It works well. I am still trying to teach my dogs to load it themselves. I use it on high power in the basement, outside it might be too weak power?

So quick review - nothing amazing or terrible.The puppy I am using this for is really quick to learn, except with putting the balls in herself. She will get it eventually. The product is ok, nothing mind blowing. It does what it says it should/will do. The only issue I have found is that when there is more then 1 ball in the loader/feeder, it will toss out the balls in quick succession. I did read this on a few reviews, and, can say mine does this as well. Its nothing terrible, the dog is only fetching 1 at a time anyways. Plus, I'm not loosing all the extra balls I got. I did also get a pack of 6 extras, you know how it goes.Over-all, its a fine product and keeps the pup entertained. Our older dog would rather keep to herself, sniff the air, and lay in the sun. Her choice. Better than average product. Time will tell.

Product looks as advertised but you have to train your dog to use it.

I bought this for my pup that LOVES to catch/fetch squeaky balls. Add said all balls worked, how ever when I opened the bok and read the instructions revealed if you didn't use THEIR balls it could cause the machine to malfunction. For the money I paid for that thing, um NO! Boxed everything up and shipped back. If I knew I had to use their balls would not have even considered buying. My pup has to have squeaky balls!

The media could not be loaded.  Dog name = Piper.Piper always wants to play fetch. She will put the ball at your feet and bark until you pick it up to throw it. She turned 5 and I decided to get her this and SHE LOVES IT!Piper likes to try and catch the ball right when she drops it in. I’ve had to take it off of 25ft and 45ft because she kept getting hit. 🤦🏼‍♀️She hasn’t figured out that if she walks and drops the ball, it will shoot. So as on the video. I have place a pillow behind it so she can toss it and it not roll out. One day she’ll get it but for now this is how She does it.I recommend this to anyone who works from home and/or has a dog that likes to play fetch!

I don't normally write reviews for products... if I like it then I don't write anything negative. But this thing is awesome! We have a miniature Aussie Doodle and we have worn here out shooting balls and her chasing them. I have a very large room with a long expanse of about 50 feet that we use.She has gotten to the point when she hears the motor wind up she will stand in front of the device where she can see it move the ball into place to launch. As soon as she sees it, she takes off and we have the launcher set to the 30 foot setting. It's like watching a wide receiver go long, lol.We have her trained to bring the ball back. She hasn't quite figured out SHE can drop it into the hopper, instead she will set down on all fours just next to the device, play with the ball for a few seconds then drop it, ready for me to load it again.It launches the ball 30 feet on that setting, and if Cricket doesn't get it before, the ball will travel the full 50 foot distance and bounce off the back wall. We have put these three green tennis balls thru the rigour with this thing and they are holding up well. We have tried using KONG tennis balls of almost the same size and they work very well also.If I could just get her to drop the ball into the hopper, it would be perfect. If you have an active dog who likes to fetch, this thing is great.

Just the right size for my Shihtzu he loves them easy to spot in the grass appear well made.

Disappointed with this machine, I found the mechanism that accepts the ball, the belt that pulls the ball through to be very basic and noisy, a bit like a wind up toy. My dog loves playing ball, but wasn’t interested in this full stop. The look of the machine is satisfactory and looks well built and sturdy (although) the one we received was not new as it had marks on it. If you do purchase this machine make sure you have a few more of the balls, especially whilst training your dog to use it, otherwise you will be getting more exercise than your dog. Hope this has been helpful.

Stopped working after one week, previous one lasted 3 months, don’t waste your money, I’m sending it back for a refund.
