Game changer and life changer
It's no exaggeration to say that this little gizmo completely changed my breakfast game. I've never done smoothies before, but I wanted an easy, convenient way to pack some nutrients into the start of my day, and this thing looked like it would fit the bill. It's everything that it's advertised to be, and more. It blends stuff smoothly, effortlessly, and immediately. No chunks. It can seriously blend my breakfast into a perfect smoothie in 20 seconds. My normal recipe: handful of spinach 1/2(ish) cup of vanilla Greek yogurt 1 banana splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk splash of orange juice (mostly for flavor) frozen mango pieces until it's filled This mix has become my Potion of Life, and it's so great that I feel like I'm living the Legend of Zelda, leveling up my health points with each gulp. Sometimes I substitute blueberries or strawberries for the mango. I've never tried blending ice in it, so I can't comment on that function. I blend it all in the handled cup it comes with, and when it's done I screw on the travel lid (also included) and toss it in my bag and head to work. It's never leaked in my bag. The blender blade part is so easy to clean - just rinse quickly and set it out to dry. Every part except the motor unit itself is (top shelf) dishwasher safe. The plastic cup is high quality: it's fallen a few times without cracking, and it doesn't retain smells from previous ingredients. It's pretty basic, as far as gadgets go: no buttons, no settings, no options to chop, dice, whirl or what have you. That's why I like it. It just does what it does, which is turn healthy ingredients into an easy, yummy, convenient smoothie. Couldn't be simpler. Best money I've spent in a while.

Very easy to clean
If you are just blending protein shakes, this does the job amazingly. However, if you intend to blend more coarse or hard items such as ice cubes or whole carrots, it does admittedly struggle. Very easy to clean, not too loud, two sizes of blending containers, I always prefer the smaller one because it mixes it faster and is easier to clean, and it even comes with a lid for on the go and I small menu for things to make with it, although I have yet to really use that. Given the choice, I would definitely purchase this again, especially juxtaposed to its cheaper or equally priced counterparts which are tacky looking and inefficient, or its more grossly expensive counterparts which do little more than this would, bar the extra torque. A great buy overall, completely recommend if on a budget!

Okay, But Hard to Clean
This little blender works well for the one thing I use it for, which is to make a small blueberry-cranberry drink. But the Party Cup, which is the only one of the two cups that I can logically use, is quite hard to wash because it is narrow and has ridges on the inside, which scrape my hands and knuckles when I'm trying to wash and dry it. I suppose the ridges are important for the blending function, but they need a better design for this cup. I also had an issue with some misinformation in the book that came with it, which contradicted itself about whether the cup is microwavable. When I asked Customer Service, they told me the cup is not microwavable and emailed me a page or two of an apparently newer book that was not contradictory. They did not explain why the book that came with it had misinformation, and they did not send me a correct book.

Very handy and well designed. Great for vitamin & supplement pills, too!
This is great. Small and easy to clean. I use it because a senior in the household cannot chew meat very well. I put a little of whatever we are fixing for meat in there with a bit of gravy or yogurt and it makes a nice "canned tuna" consistency to put over pasta or rice or potatoes. It does require a bit of pulsing and shaking to get the meat to engage with the blade, but it works and makes just the right amount. I have a blend tec blender which I can also do, but that thing is so powerful, it makes a mousse out of anything, injecting tons of air and it is large & more trouble to clean. The "canned tuna" consistency is what we're looking for. It also make a great smoothie drink with ice. Now, I am using it to assist my elder person to take her vitamin supplements. It is difficult for her to swallow a bunch of pills. I open capsules or drop tablets into the small cup, put in about 1/4 cup juice - I can also put flax seed or supplement powders and blend it up. Rather than gagging on a handful of pills & capsules my elder person can just chug this drink and mission accomplished. The Mini Bullet is a life saver in our household! And so easy to clean.

MINI Magic Bullet
I had my previous Magic Bullet for years before it died. Because I already have multiple cups all I wanted was another base. When I saw this I thought, perfect, the base with another cup... I can do that. What I didn't realize (until I tried to use one of my other cups with it) is that it's smaller than the one that died. As far as how it works, it works great. However, I'm disappointed in myself that I spaced through the word "Mini." So now I have a "mini" blender with one cup. Because I threw away the box (not one of my smoother moves) I don't know that I can send it back to get what I really wanted. Sigh... I'm writing this review so hopefully I can save someone else from doing the same thing I did unless the littler guy is really want you want.

Great price, perfect baby food tool
I was looking to replace a magic bullet that went missing, but didn't want all the parts that come with it.., this fit the bill perfectly! Just as strong as the original, handles frozen fruit for smoothies(not recommended for actual ice though). I use it primarily for baby food and love the price and size for that! I do own a traditional blender but find this much easier and less wasteful for baby food in smaller volumes. A "batch" is plenty to use and freeze some and if I do have more of something than will fit or am stocking up the freezer, it's so quick and easy to use this that it's still easier to make multiple small batches in a row than get out my "big" blender. Tip for new moms: you don't need to buy the baby one... Just freeze portions in a silicone muffin tin, pop them out, and freeze in a ziplock baggie! Saves so much space in the freezer and after the purรฉe phase is over (don't blink!) your kitchen cabinets will thank you !

Does not chop, great for smoothies and purees.
This product is meant to 'chop, mix, blend, whip, grind and more' as the description says, and I bought it to chop ginger, garlic and onions quickly while cooking. From the get-go, the garlic pods would settle whole, below the blades, while the blades would whir powerfully, doing nothing. I had to add about a tablespoon of water to get 3 pods of garlic turn into paste. But atleast something happened! Anyway, as I don't use garlic, ginger or onion paste in stir-fry's or in most of my cooking, I had to store this small and potentially perfect gadget away and get my larger kitchen aid blender out again which will chop even 1 pod garlic to smithereens. It's a pain to wash after each cooking session (I cook 3 times a day), and that's why I purchased the magic bullet mini. There's nothing wrong with the blender if you're making smoothies and purees, but the description should be changed to remove the chopping aspect as it only chops cheese or larger things, that often turn pulpy. I threw away the packaging, otherwise this would've been on it's way back already.

Junk, do not buy
I have a standard Nutribullet, and I love it. I bought the mini with the hopes using when I travel - I am on a hypoallergenic diet and drink 2 protein shakes/day - I just tested the mini to see how it would handle and I'm certainly glad I did. 1) the mug is half the size of the standard, which would mean making each shake in two batches. A pain but livable 2) the motor/blades aren't sufficient for thoroughly processing ice. 3) the housing is so flimsy that on my second attempt at using it the mug twisted too far and the flanges on the mug that activate the motor got stuck under the actuator. The motor wouldn't turn and I couldn't get the mug out. As I was trying to press the actuator down with a butter knife, I discovered just how flimsy the housing is. I was able to use the knife to push the side out just far enough to remove the flange from under the actuator and remove the mug. Had I not thrown the packaging away some time ago, I would be sending this thing back
