Aromatic and surprisingly hot without a lingering bite. Grinds well. Nice pouch keeps product fresh and easy to store. Re-seals easily. I recommend adding during the later stages of cooking along with salt which is most effective when added just prior to dishing or serving . Would buy again.😊

Super pepper flavor, the packet the pepper comes in is a good strong air tight packet. So much more of a pepper flavor than the cheap stuff you get at the grocery store.
