Better value than knock off versions. Buy real, buy once!
These appear to be the genuine Malaysian made Shimano, the quality certainly feels like it, and they shift like the real ones. Why buy the knock off versions for £2 less, when you can get these? The fakes only work for a short while, if at all, these are going to give years of service. Everything I have bought from this seller on or off Amazon has been exactly as described and has never disapointed. And I don't work for the seller!

Good replacement shifters
Purchased to replace worn shifters for an old (1995 ish) mountain bike having 3x7 shimano gears. These are 3 x 8 speed shifters. Initially I chose to use gears 1-7 for my 7 speed cassette but had a lot of trouble indexing them. I found that once I changed to using gears 2-8 the indexing was very much easier. Tip: Needed hairdryer to soften and remove handle bar grips. Most importantly, these gear shifters are smooth and work well. I would buy again.
