It's the only non-stick that lasts
I have been cooking for over 40 years. I have probably bought 3 dozen non-stick fry pans over the years. People love cast iron and every decade or so I try using cast iron, but I never stay with it for very long because I just don't find it works well for me. Ceramic is good for a short time, but after 6-12 months, they start to stick. Teflon, Silverstone, and all those other teflon-like pans work for a while and tend to work the best, but the lining flakes off after a while. The only pans I buy now are T-fal. They are REALLY non-stick and seem to last a very long time. Yes, they often cost a little more (but on sale, they are a bargain) but they last and did I mention, they really are non-stick.

I love this pan
This is the second one of these I've bought in 6 years. The first one is still usable, but starting to show signs of wear. I do (typically) only use plastic or wooden utensils on this pan, but it offers exceptional value. It seems to be heavier than some of the equally prices competition. Highly recommend.

T-fal says it all.
I use this pan every meal; either I cook with it, or put things otherwise cooked into it as a sort of mess kit. It is dishwasher safe and has kept its non-stick qualities over the years. Just do not cut things in the pan or use heat-dry in the dishwasher. I saw the website say up to 500F for ovens. I highly suggest you do not do that. Anti-stick elements are partially gaseous at a certain temperature, so do not exceed oven use at 350F. Other than that, it's a perfect pan and far more durable than any other brand.

NOT As Good as the Original T-Fal Cooking Surfaces
I primarily use T-Fal pans for eggs, etc. and to date, have zero complaints about the original, non-stick surfaces. This appears to be a new/improved version and while it appears to be more durable, I have encountered "sticking" food every time I used it...NOT what I expected from a T-Fal product...NOT recommended.

Follow pan instructions on wrapper
I followed directions. Seasoned it with a light oiled surface. Waited to the red changed and thus tfal actually did a nuce job used it for two days now nothing stuck. Will try fish later today. I did use a tiny tiny bit of butter. Fir egg. It worked fine without anything but i hate the taste of non stick eggs. Lol I have induction stove top dont use pan over 248 deg. Normally this pan worked fine between 212-248 degrees. Just wait till meter in pan turns red or those little red dots go away.

I got what I wanted
I wanted a pan that was easy to clean but had sides that were deep enough that when I went to scoop out the food it didn't just jump over the side. And I am able to stir the food and scoop it out without it landing on the stove. Also, all my 67 year old pans don't fry right anymore because they were't cleaned properly when I was working so this pan is the beginning of a new set.

Very satisfied.
This replaced a ceramic skillet used for my husbands breakfasts and weekly fried potatoes. The ceramic skillet started sticking badly. This T-Fal skillet is sooooo much better. It holds up better to his somewhat high heat frying methods. Will get another for the future.
