Feit Electric - Dusk to Dawn LED Bronze Half Moon Security Outdoor Wall Light, 5000K (73702)

This light is great! Nice modern design, with bright integrated LED board at 5000K color. The light installs like all common fixtures, pretty easy. Initially, the light will come on to let you know it's working then shuts off till dark. This will be a product I will purchase again.

I live in a neighborhood where everyone turns on their outside lighting at dusk. I am one of those people who kept forgetting to do this. If I did remember, I often forgot to turn them off in the morning. These lights are the perfect solution! They light up at dusk and automatically turn off when dawn approaches. I like that they are LED and use very little power. The style is contemporary and they are a nice quality. The electrician said they were easy to install.

I live alone in a cul-de-sac that has no street light. There is also a small development being built behind my backyard. I had an ineffective small outside light that offered no security. I could barely even see my dog when he was out in the yard. I needed a bright light that stayed on all night and lit up my backyard. This light more than fit the bill as it has a built in dusk to dawn sensor and is amazingly bright. I took down the old light and installed this new light. I had a wiring question I needed answered and called a couple local electric co's that had no interest in listening and insisted I make an appt for someone to come out. NO THANKS! I found Feit Electric's customer service number on the instruction sheet and called them. The nice guy that answered did a remarkable job helping me figure it out - I was so happy! I had the light installed 20 minutes later. It is amazingly bright. I could not believe that I lived with the old light for 3 years! The half moon shape throws light all around - no dark spots anyplace. I am very pleased with this light. I am a 70 year old woman and so happy to have a bright security light. You will love this!

The wiring and construction of the interior components is rather flimsy which was expected at this price point. The instructions are hard to read, and the wire colors don't 100% match North American standards (i.e. ground wire), so if you don't have experience hard wiring a light fixture I would proceed with caution or hire a professional. The exterior construction seems fine, but I'm not sure how this would perform directly exposed to the prolonged elements of weather and sun long term. I positioned my light beneath the eaves of my house and it is just fine.Otherwise, I've been using this for about a month with no problems. This is a perfect economical solution for my needs and illuminates my back porch brightly when it's supposed to. I would recommend this to anybody on a budget who knows what they're doing.

This is a bright, white light (not yellowish), which I prefer for my back door and back yard security. It is very responsive to motion and will even go on before we've opened the back security door. We also suspect a neighboring cat sets off the light occasionally. Great light not only for security but also safety for folks with aging eyes and dimming vision.

Installed (2) outside, with one on each side of garage door. Easy to install, has a nice clean modern look, and the brightness level is perfect for those who want night security lights. If you want White & Bright, these will work for you. They are at upper end of acceptable range of brightness for a neighborhood in my opinion. Very Satisfied.

Really happy with these lights. Hardly use any energy and they are really bright. Installed these to keep away the catalytic converter thieves. I hope the LEDs last. Its all integrated. So if one burns out, the whole thing has to be replaced. But there reasonably priced and they have a 5 year warranty.

Buyers, be aware! If you're planning on changing bulbs, say you want brighter or different color, you CANNOT! It's a fixed bulb. If I knew this, I would've never bought it! Keep your old lantern and enjoy the convenient use!Updated review:Still stand by the fact that the bulb is not replaceable and it's not mentioned on here. Added stars just for the customer service. The customer service is good. But that does not change the product usability. I'm still stuck with a fixed bulb, fixed color, fixed output.

These work perfectly, it’s hard to find photocell lights for some reason, they look nice they don’t stick out to far. Easy to install and better quality then I expected for the price !

Esta muy bien la luz que brinda hasta me atrevo a decir que alumbra mucho, es luz blanca. Solo le quite una estrella porque el sensor que activa o apaga la lampara es muy pequeño y en la mañana tarda en apagarse ya que esta en una pared con un techo que le da sombra.

Very bright looks well made and very beautiful. Sensor works excellent.Hooked up very easy and standard. Issues: There are 4 little metal screws that attach the outer cover to the base. I needed to use my drill to make the holes on the base bigger so I could drive the little screws in. That was the only tricky part. I think they painted the base after the holes were made and paint made them narrower.
