Great addition to out stand
You cannot imagine how something so simple is so useful. We have wood floors. When I bough the stand for my kid I did not give it much thought, I love it because is solid and stable, but there was only one carpet I could place it at. Now with this we are free :). We have a green stand and I like the look as well, it has shoes :)

Worth every penny to save my expensive flooring and even help protect carpeted areas.

Rip off, but necessary
These should come with the stand, not as a paid extra. Wooden floors are really common, and without them Manhasset stands really destroy your floor. They work fine, but I can't help thinking 'rip off'.

They do what they are supposed to do (prevent the floor from scratching). The fit very snugly and will not fall off,

Sliding these onto each of the three “feet” of a Manhasset stand is very easy, and after using them for years on the multiple Manhasset stands I own, they’ve done a great job at protecting my wood floors. I’m a professional musician who is loyal to Manhasset stands, and these add-ons fit perfectly, require no adhesive or screws, and I’ve never seen one come off or get loose. Manhassets are the best music stand for effectiveness and durability by far, and for what you get, their price is really reasonable. And they’re made in the USA! Kind of a no-brainer to buy these, and most professionals do own them.
