I love it. The old bottle was not ideal for tight places because i had to press it down with 1 hand and hold it with the other. This is so so so much better. Super convenient is the right words. Very easy to put together and easy to use. It cannot getting any easier than this. The clear casing helps because i can tell when it is time to refill. I now can ditch my old bottle and be in love eith this. Awesome product and value for the money!

Lasted less than 30 days bought 2 one for each bathroom in my sisters home for Christmas gifts so items only lasted 25 days. Rated 1 star due to short lifespan. money when everything you buy has a pump in the soap... I did purchase these in August comoany has a 30 day return window wvwn though product was a christmas gift and wasnt in use prior. So this was a waste if money and both units breaking similar time. I feel the right thing to do us for the company to reach out and replace this item especially understanding people do shopping for the holidays and anything bought is going to be out if a 30 day return window. I do not reccomend anyone buy this product. I would not reccomend to a friend or to another consumer. It is not made to stand the test of time. It was set up on Dexemver the 28th. It was through working on January 10th on the first and on December 17th on the second. I feel I wasted money on what was such a practical gift for my sister and her small children and now cant even return them.

Easy to use. Works well. Does not recognize clear glass, but you can run a dish or cup under it and it senses it.Update, it sometimes struggles with thicker soap.

This thing is worthless. It actually works maybe 1 out of 10 times and that's being generous. When it does actually dispense soap, it's a super small drop that isn't enough to even wash your hands. I had a different one that quit working after 2 years so I replaced it with this one because of the good reviews and it was cheaper. Big mistake! I've tried thinning the soap with water thinking it was too thick, I've cleaned the spout, I've done everything I can think of, but the soap just won't come out! You can hear the motor working but no soap! Garbage!

The container holds a good amount of liquid soap. At first it let out a bigger amount of soap than needed but when you put your hand to the dispenser it stops dispensing, so it works even better. Kids love it.

My return was approved from the vendor. However, I have to pay the postage to return the defective item. The product appeared new and in tack. However, I tried liquid hand sanitizer which leaked from the sides. Then I tried a thicker solution of hand soap, which leaked from the bottom causing battery acid to leak as well. These were brand new batteries.It appears to me that nothing can work in the dispenser at this point. I am not sure if it is just this one item or the quality of the product as a whole.The motion detector worked and it seemed easy to use and fill. The top didn't lock on after filling, which I thought was odd.Pending refund upon the receipt of my paid return to vendor.

Possibly recieved a returned item. Against my better judgement I washed it out again and decided to keep it and fill it up with soap. It was awesome and was just what I wanted...for 2 days. I read reviews and diluted the soap and still nothing. I even filled with water and and nothing. The motion sensor and motor work like a charm but nothing dispenses. I contacted seller through Amazon and they responded with an email address for me to send a video. A few messages through Amazon, their email and videos later and I have not heard back. It has been 3 months. I'm pretty sure I recieved one that someone returned when they had the same issue. The dispenser I recieved is defective and I am still holding on to it with hopes it will one day decide to work. Between the possible language barrierand lack of communication, this was horrible customer service. Video attached is with diluted soap.

I purchased two of these BISOZER Soap Dispensers. It took about six passes of my hand under the sensor to prime them. Each time I went to use them I had to run my hand under the sensor at least three times to get soap. After 1 day one of them would only blow bubbles. I then noticed there were bubbles coming out near the base. I returned it for a refund. The second unit worked for another day and a half, requiring multiple passes of my hand under the sensor before receiving soap. It too began only blowing bubbles. I have returned it also. A good soap dispenser is supposed to give you soap as soon as you trigger the sensor (like the ones I now have). This product is absolute garbage.

Completely useless,No respond for return or refund request from seller,DO NOT BUY !!!

Do not buy. Leaks upon use. Left it out over night and all of the liquid was on the counter the next morning. Waste of money and took forever to come. Now I cant even return it.

This product was delivered in crushed packaging. The soap leaks everywhere and does not dispense properly. I purchased 4 of them and would NOT recommend this product. Very poorly made.

We love this item!It's such a necessity that we didn't know we needed.Washing hands and adding soap to the sink is convenient and so much cleaner.....no dripping water all over the counter top or faucet.

This product was flawed the day it was purchased. It sprays hand sanitizer all over the place. Threw it in the garbage. A total waste of money.
