IwataMedea Deluxe Airbrush Set

I love this. It has a larger cup in the gun than others I've used. You don't have to worry about turning it off because it turns off automatically if there's too much pressure so no damage to your motor. It sprays well and is easy to clean. Very good quality. I prefer using this on my client than makeup brushes with liquid makeup.

This is an awesome deal. The compressor and airbrush alone are over $400, but this includes some nice extras like a template, paint, filter, cleaning fluid. I almost bought the next cheaper compressor and this airbrush for more than this set. I don't know much about airbrushes, I haven't noticed anything that was not me doing something wrong. As others have said, it would be nice to have an actual regulator, although it seems as though a steady finger can get lower pressure, it just takes a while to get used to the sensitivity and resistance of the trigger. I am not there yet, so I might add a regulator.

This is my first airbrush kit and my first time airbrushing at all. You will quickly gain an understanding as to why Iwata has the reputation it does. Clearly this is a quality product. The price may be a little intimidating if youre looking to get started with airbrushing, but like anything else, you get what you pay for. If you plan on spending a lot of time with this hobby/tool, not spending a lot is not spending enough. Plain and simple.4 stars due to the fact that I have nothing to compare it to being that my experience is literally just beginning. However, I am pretty damn sure this either standing at the top or right up there with the upper echelon of airbrushes.Note: some of the paints this kit comes with can be a bit "gritty" and will jam up the airbrush a bit. I would'nt worry about that at all, use them just for learning how to operate the tool. When it comes time to actually paint something, you wouldnt be using these paints anyway. Reputable paint makers (Tamiya, Vallejo, Mig, Alclad, etc) dont suffer from this problem at all.

Arrived as listed, in tact, and on time. I am slowly working my way through everything. Having tried other, cheaper guns I am extremely satisfied with this one. I think it is versatile enough that it will be with me for my entire learning curve. I hope to eventually work with fabric and if I understand correctly the gun may handle the paint but I will need more air pressure.The air tank is quiet and I have had no problems with it. The included moisture filter is probably very necessary in more humid climates than my own.This kit will get you up and running quickly and provides tools for growth.

I’m a complete novice and I’m finding this airbrush to be wonderful so far. Easy to set up, easy to use. The included instructional DVD… not so much, but the product itself is excellent.

Excellent airbrush machine. The compressor is very very quiet as far as compressors are concerned. My husband and I have had full long conversations over the machine without straining. No mishaps at all.

The perfect product for what exactly I'm going to use it for

The compressor runs super quiet and smooth, it has plenty of pressure for what i am using it for. The airbrush is Iwata so it speaks for itself. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the books and dvds are kind of useless and not very informative, also the paint doesn't stick to anything but paper. The stencil is one of a four part set so its uses are very limited alone. Other than that I have had no uses with the product.
