I always winterized my window by applying the Window Insulator Kit from 3M. Those product works great. You can actually see wind blowing in from the gap and filled up your insulation firm. However, as year goes by, my window seal starts to wear out and I can feel the gap between my window and the frame. The foam tape is a great product to reapply the seal cheap. It is super easy to apply since you just peal the adhesive and cut to the size your wanted.Also, I bought this to put around the perimeter of my new apartment front door. It worked very well! I cleaned the area where I wanted to attach it and then I cut it to size and attached it around the entire perimeter of my front door. This material is very dense and blocks the sound very well. The adhesive on the material is very good as well, sticks well. This is important to me because I my apartment is right across from the stairwell and the elevator which bring a lot of foot traffic and noise!The front door is slightly harder to close, I have to give it an extra push when closing but it is not a big deal to be honest and it's well worth the sound dampening.Lastly, I used around some 6x9 speakers in my car to help bring the sound up to my door panels and it got the job done.I just want to say it can be used for multiple purposes as it is of great quality!

This roll is huge but works as expected. When I need more will certainly get this product again.

Thickness , width are as advertised. Foam is soft but not too soft. Most likely will compress over time but can’t really tell right now. It does stretch when applying which is kinda weird. (I’ve used many types of stripping before). Good adhesion.

Needed a cushion to soften the closure of a custom mahogany screen door. This tape was nice and narrow for a subtle look around the door frame. It arrived in one flat roll about the size of a dinner plate. It was easy enough to apply and looks great. It does work to soften the sound of the door closing which is most appreciated!

Adhesion was good and worked well. I cleaned the area first before application. Product seems durable and worked out perfectly.

Product is good, packaging not good. In fact it make 'in my case" to foam a waist of my time trying to get it unstuck frim its self. Not good. Lucky cust service made it right.
