Great sled!
Barely an inch of snow on the ground and this sled was still speedy! We ran it many times and it is still inflated.

Deflated and not GIANT as described
This deflated after one time use. Likely factory defect as Big Mouth products usually last a long time and are durable. They returned and refunded it with no problem so customer service gets 5 Stars. Also the description indicated it was GIANT. This was barely big enough for my 6 yo to fit on by herself.

Didn't hold air
Love the look of this, unfortunately it didn't hold the air so it was like sledding on a this piece of plastic. Not comfortable and not worth it

Cute, but deflated after the first use.
I haven't tested to see where the leak/hole is, but I'm pretty disappointed with this. We bought another cheaper one that held up just fine in the same sledding conditions.

Bought two, one had a pin hole and deflated.
For the price I paid , I am upset one came with a tiny pin hole. Returning both

Why can’t I get a refund on an item used once?
My grandson used this once and the air came out. It was such a big disappointment. The accompanying patch could not even fix the leak. We never had snow till February and my ability for a return or refund had expired. Big disappointment!!!!
