Great digestion support
I love all the Nutricost supplements. Always properly dosed, top quality ingredients, at just the right price. I take one pill after my lunch or I’ll take an additional pill if I have a heavy dinner as well. I haven’t felt uncomfortable or bloated in a long time.

Empecé a usar enzimas digestivas para mejorar la digestión y evitar la pesadez después de las comidas, y realmente se nota la diferencia. Me ayudan a sentirme más ligero y cómodo, incluso con comidas más grandes. Lo más importante que el comprador debe saber es que las enzimas digestivas no son un laxante, su función es ayudar a descomponer mejor los alimentos (proteínas, carbohidratos y grasas). Funcionan mejor cuando se toman junto a las comidas. Con el uso constante he notado menos inflamación, menos gases y mejor digestión. No me causaron molestias ni efectos secundarios. Producto de buena calidad y fácil de tomar. Ideal para personas con digestión pesada o que consumen dietas altas en proteína. Lo volvería a comprar sin duda.

LOVE these! And good for your gut!
I love how there’s no bad added ingredients, and they seriously help with my husband’s lactose intolerance. Now he can eat and drink dairy without it upsetting his stomach! This is so good for gut health. I also super appreciate how affordable they are!
