Delicious
These taste amazing! I enjoy a few at a time as a sweet fix without that sugar rush. A plus that it also acts like a mild laxative (as does most food items made with sugar alternatives).

I was praying for it to stop so bad! The diarrhea was horrific!
I bought these as I thought, ooh sugar free they must be mildly healthy compared to Haribo or other brands. Little did I know that an hour after eating these I thought I was going to die! The pain in my stomach was bad, it came in waves. On a score from 1-10, 10 being the worst pain this was probably up there with a 9. It felt like bad gas, I kept saying to my partner it was the food we ate before gorging on the sweets but he kept saying it couldn't be as we had the same food the night before.Anyway, I managed to get some shut eye, then around 2pm my stomach felt bad... I lept out of bed and just managed to get to the toilet before Hiroshima detonated. It was horrific! 2 hours sitting on the toilet with dead legs and half asleep.I can only say the feeling was as if I had Norovirus (trust me thats bad). It was like I had bowel evacuation medicine like Fleet, before you have a colonoscopy.WOW, anyway - feeling super tender today. Im just glad I know what the cause was! Loads of reviews saying how its like a laxative..

Fantastic - in moderation
Dear everyone who experienced ‘issues’ following the consumption of these bad boys: do a little research. The carb content of these (as with most sugar-free sweets) is polyols, carbs that are not absorbed by the gut. This means that, in moderation, they may have a slight laxative effect. If you nosh a whole bag at a sitting, you’re asking for trouble, and you have no-one to blame but yourself. Try just having a few at a time. The taste and mouth feel of these is great, and I’ll continue to enjoy them - in moderation - without my a*se exploding.

Not quite as bad as portrayed in other reviews
I felt compelled to write down my own experience of these after reading the other reviews. Yes, these sweets do contain sweeteners that have a laxative effect (as is marked on the packet), so moderation is key... however in terms of taste I've yet to find another sugar-frew gummy-type sweet that tastes as close to the real thing as these and their cola bottle cousins. For anyone on a low sugar/fat diet then they provide a little lift when sweet-tooth cravings rear their ugly head. One other word of warning, they contain beef gelatine so aren't suitable for vegetarians.

Seriously gives you the runs!
I've tried these and their gummy bear products. Within a few hours of eating these on a number of occasions, bloatedness and then diarrhoea occurs. If you're looking for constipation relief, this will definitely work!I've eat lots of things with artificial sweeteners before (I typically avoid sugar/sugary drinks, so go for the no-sugar options). No other products give me these symptoms.

Should be warning about the laxative effect it has. Wouldn't dream of giving them to children.
