I dropped my expensive smartphone a couple of days ago and stopped working, so I was looking for cheaper option to replace it. I choose this homtom smartphone and I have to say this was a good decision, if I would have to describe with only a few words, I would say it’s cheap, great value for money, smart looking phone with all the feature like the expensive phones have.There is not much to say about how to use this phone, I’m sure everybody these days are very familiar with an android-based Phone. Comes with preinstalled Android 8.0 which takes only 40-50 seconds to boot up. After you settled up the Wi-Fi connection, just log in with your Google account and then Use Google Play Store to download the Apps you required and update them. A few Apps came already installed on the phone. You can really feel the 2GB RAM works smooth, not sluggish, the touch screen responds straight when you touch it. There is also 16GB internal storage, but if that is not enough for you, it can be extended with eternal microSD memory card. I’m really happy with the quality of the 5.5 inches’ display, actually I was really surprised how bright, you can easily use it even outside in a sunny day. Really enjoyable to play on it and also to watch movies, nice bright colors and brilliant contrast. The resolution is 1440 x 720. Usual communication features fitted: 802.11b/g/n Wireless 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and 4.0 Bluetooth. Let’s talk about the weakness parts too. There is a built in speakers on the bottom side, but the sound quality is not the best I recommend to use a headphone. Featured with a 6200mAh battery which gives you a day power. The 13.0MP front and the rear camera with 21MP it’s awesome.All the buttons on the side are steady and well fitted there is no gaps between the buttons and the housing. So absolutely water drops and dust proof.In overall this is a really good smartphone, knows everything what the other competitor phones knows. The price is just above £100, so even if I’ll lose this one, as I did with my previous phone, will not hurt me that much. I recommend this for everyone who can’t afford a premium branded phone, for people working outside and often broke their phones and even for kids as a first phone, very great value for money and I am very pleased with it.

Phone definitely feels like it's been made to a price - the most obvious symptom being the creak of the cheap plastic back cover when held, and average camera performance.Fingerprint sensor positioning and performance is awful, but that's not a deal breaker for me.For the price paid (£135) it's good to get Android 8 and a very good battery capacity, which lasts all day on heavy use. It certainly does the job and is quick enough to respond to actions. An update to 8.1 would be nice, but that isn't available as of writing.

This is the best piece of tech I have bought in a while, it has very high specs for its price range and a battery of twice the capacity of a regular model, The hardware is on par with earlier generation samsung galaxys and can run most apps and games on the google store. I'm very happy with this phone.

Been a great phone for the price. Good battery life but charges slowly. And because of the big battery it's heavy and quite thick. Also the camera could be better considering it has 21 mega pixels.

Really decent phone for the price. great battery, fast. good memory. Only thing i would criticise is the camera. I dont think its 21mp

This phone doesnt seem to lag at all the screen is very clear and the camera takes pretty good photos - its thicker and a bit heavier than my last phone, which is actually a bonus as it seems to fit in my hand a for more comfortably - The amazing thing about it is its battery life - I am a very heavy phone user I have an online business and am constantly checking and using my phone - Even with this heavy use the phone lasts for days and days - I last charged it on Sat night and its now nearing midday on Tue and the phone is still on 53% - makes it the perfect phone in my book

don't buy this phone it's only good for 3 month then it starts to make problems and no repair centres
