I am so happy to find Alma Powder in this size! I am new to alma powder and wanted to try it out in small doses only yogurt parfaits, maybe add it to my hot cocoa here and there and this size is perfect to test out without an overwhelming commitment. So far it adds a nice boost to my yogurt parfaits, enhancing the berry flavors. In my hot cocoa it blends well with the pinch of cinnamon I add without overpowering the cocoa flavor. I might add it to other foods in the future, but right now it is apart of my morning/night snack routines.

I don’t use salt a lot. But when I do, I want it to have an enjoyable taste and texture. This salt does not fadeinto the background. It is vibrant.

I have tried several different brands of this spice and this one tastes the best.

Good gift

It was just what I needed for a new vegan recipe.

I have always been pleased with the spices I have received of this brand. I tend to NOT mail order spices but sometimes it just works. This basil smells great. It is completely loose – obliviously has been kept clean and dry. I like a glass jar for any/all of my spices – here it is. The sifter (lid) is a good size to dispense the contents well. Truly, no negatives with this one.

I used to love going to Tevana for tea but could seem to replicate the same taste after they closed down. After ordering this rock sugar, I finally have the prefect tea!

It came and the seal was broken and the cap was unscrewed. So unhappy because the spice smells so good. They don’t accept returns.

spices are very flavourful

Wonderful product. I use it to make tofu 'scrambled eggs' and add a depth of flavour to dishes.

Price wise is a bit salty, but indeed a good product
