The process and use is soothing and easy. Disappointed though in the quality of the roller on receipt - the large side of the roller had popped out of the wire frame on receipt and easy to pop back in to use. But I find it also seems prone to pop back out frequently when in use. Also there is discoloration or potentially tarnish/brown spots on the handle. Overall feel and look is good but disappointed in overall quality.

I had been wanting a Jade facial roller for a long time now, and saw what a great value this package was, and so I decided to give it a shot. I'm glad I did because its great quality and exactly what I was hoping for. The Gua Sha and Konjac sponge were a bonus for me- both awesome additions! The e-book is very helpful and informative. Product is very nicely packaged like a gift! Delivery was extremely fast- Overall I'm impressed and very happy with ordering!

I ordered two sets. One set the roller wasn't attached to the handle but nothing some glue couldn't solve. My husband and I love to use these in the mornings to wake up puffy eyes. It really helps to soothe my sinuses from allergies, great to relieve headaches, and feels great when you are nursing a hangover! And the konjac sponge it great quality. I've used some in the past that crumbled immediately and that hasn't happened with this one.

Even with oil applied to the roller and it’s parts, the squeaking on this is...noticeable, especially when the recommended rolling time is 5-10 mins! The Gua Shua was okay. Not really used to that shape, but it suffices in place of the roller. (Which shouldn’t be the case either way) I already have a activated charcoal Konjac sponge so I didn’t use the one provided in the kit and it was shaped differently that most that I have seen.

This set is very well made and is a great pairing. The roller is my favorite instrument in the box! It is smooth and is very cooling to the touch making using a very pleasant experience. I used a can of oil on the hinge and the manufacturer suggests to prevent squeaking!

My package came a day early and was wrapped very nicely. The konjac sponge feels great on my skin once you wet it and use a facial cleanser to wash your face. This is a great price because Jade rollers in the store alone cost ten dollars, so this was a great deal that's worth it. Would definitely buy again!

Shipping was fast, packaging was neat and beautiful in appearance. I;m fond of the style and sturdy make of the Jade Roller, all the tools are well made, and most important they are very easy to use. I reccommend all these Massage Tools.I will reorder in the future.

Missing the gua sha which is disappointing as this was a gift.
