Will the same wear happen to this part?

The rubber material used in this part has had its recipe changed and it is much better then the original version, however it is still a rubber coupler that can get abused. The vehicle design uses rubber so while most people will never have to replace this again, some will, Drivers that are rough on the vehicle will most likely replace it again while softer drivers will most likely never have to change it again.

Looks like the I30 is a right hand drive but Hyundai will interchange parts on multiple vehicles so with 99% certainty yes it will fit I did the job my self on a 2011 sonata and took me about an hour and a half to complete
