I can't say for sure that it's a PVA glue, as there are no ingredient statements on the bottle, but as a bed prep / adhesive for 3d printing it works really well. The bottle has a built in valve and sponge, so you just shake vigorously, press and squeeze to get some glue in the sponge, and use the sponge to spread it over the bed. None of the hassle of applying a glue stick and then trying to get it evenly spread with a wet rag, since the glue is already watery.
