Frustrating installation, but worth it
Getting this installed has been a bit of an ordeal. Despite watching the video and reading the instructions twice (because they're rather complicated and must be followed EXACTLY), I still messed it up the first time. TIP: Do NOT assume your kitchen counters are perfectly level... nor any other surface. Get a surface level or download a surface level app and be absolutely certain that the exact area of the surface you plan to use is perfectly level. If it's even slightly off, don't even try. The second time I ended up with an air bubble along one edge after it had been partially cured, so there was no possible way to fix it. I was frustrated and assumed I had just wasted a lot of money. I contacted the manufacturer through their website and they offered to send me a free replacement glass so I could give it another try, and they even waived the usual shipping charge for a warranty replacement. The customer service was exceptional, so I decided to try again.I received the replacement in a week or two. I watched the video again, re-read the instructions, and did a "dry run" first. I spent 30-40 minutes on the installation making sure I followed every single instruction perfectly and triple-checked for air bubbles before curing. This time the installation finally went well. I'm very pleased with the end result. The touch sensitivity is great, even at the very edges, by far better than any other type of screen protector I've used in the past. It's crystal clear and doesn't distract from the beautiful display of the Note 9. Assuming it holds up well over time, and it looks like it will, the end result is well worth all the frustration of the installation and worth the cost.Pros:* Crystal clear display* Fantastic touch sensitivity* Perfect seal along all edges* Looks very nice, just like the original screen* Shows fewer fingerprints (but still some)* Works with a lot of cases (I have 2 different Spigen cases that both work, but some of the heavy duty ones like Otterbox probably don't)* Great customer service* Lifetime warrantyCons:* Installation is challenging and tedious* Warranty doesn't typically cover user error* More expensive than other types of screen protectors

Best tempered glass protector for the Note 9
Great screen protector, a bit on the pricey side but well worth it. Definitely the most complicated installation I've ever endured and frustrating. The application instructions might not specify but you really need to have a perfectly level surface for a smooth install, my computer desk was a hair off level and the liquid wouldn't stay centered and ultimately led to a large air bubble and me having to start the process all over again and clean-up is not pleasant. After getting it installed and cleaned up it worked great. Clarity was excellent and sensitivity was superb with good fingerprint resistance. Coverage area is awesome and no black borders that reduce screen area. The liquid adhesive is great, other protectors I've tried only use adhesive on the edges and you get a crunchy sound if you press hard while cleaning from the adhesive shifting. In the end, my wife tossed a 2-liter next to my phone that flipped perfectly to smack my phone and took a chunk out of the protector. Removal was a bit on the rough side even though it only had a tiny chip in it the thing shattered completely on removal so be sure to take appropriate precautions if you need to remove it. I would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a tempered, curved glass protector.

I've put 500 screen protectors on in my life, this was a nightmare. PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING!
Summary: Unless you are very steady, have a keen eye and TONS of patience, I can't in good conscience recommend this to most people as there is about 1000 ways you can mess it up and I don't want them upset with me when they're out $45. It is entirely doable, don't get me wrong. This is a consumer product and it's installation is darn near professional. Heck, it IS professional, I don't think there can be more steps to applying a screen protector than this.I'd like to start by saying I worked at Geek Squad for 6 years and currently work as a cell phone salesperson. I can say I've put 500+ screen protectors on devices in my life (one day I sat and did about 60 ipads for a big sale) and even still I found this to be a pain in the butt!During the first run the screen protector somehow managed to slide down (it's in a tray so I still don't know how) and sat with about a 1/16'' off the bottom of the phone. Because the tray was in the way I couldn't see this and actually started curing it! Through the grace of God I manage to heat it up and over the course of no less than 5 min of eexxttrreemmeellyy light pressure got the glass off without cracking it. Then came the arduous process of not wiping, but scraping the thick glue off the back of the glass without scratching it. 10 minutes and tons of rubbing alcohol later I had the glass ready for round two! The glue also got everywhere but wasn't difficult to clean. With even more care and patience the second time I set everything back up and got the glass centered PERFECTLY. This time upon pulling the pin to drop the glass everything started smoothly until two decent sized air bubbles came out of seemingly nowhere!! Quickly, using a straw to allow for light pressure I super carefully worked the bubbles all the way through up through the screen and managed to squeeze them out without shifting the glass (too much). During the first install a small bubble also appeared.Additional thoughts:You need to make sure the tape covering the speaker, covers the bottom as little as possible. Apply it as high as possible. What I mean is the top of the protector can butt up against the bottom of the tape causing the glue to creep out and leave a little gap. I'm sure if this starts peeling that's where it will start. The way the glue cures, if you don't have every spec of it off the edge of the protector, it cures up and becomes "goopy" or stringy. What then happens is you can rub that stringy piece of glue and it can take glue under the protector with it!I did this on a surface that I measured with two different levels and it was found to be ddaaanngggg near dead-freakin-level, not quite Rick Sanchez true level, but close. Even still the glue wanted to roll down at an angle and nearly rolled off the side. Again, one of the many ways this can fail quickly.I'm still rubbing a little glue flakes out of some edges. You can use the alcohol pad to wipe it, but the problem is that alcohol breaks down adhesives! So the more you rub the edge, the more you risk even a fleck of alcohol creeping in breaking down that glue. This is especially concerning around the edges where the glue will need to be wiped from.In the end I managed to get it to work and seems like a decent screen protector. It's not that the product doesn't do it's job. I gave it 3 stars because as I said, there is no less than a 1000 ways you can mess this up and lose $45. Liquid protectors don't protect as well, but they're $15 and completely fool-proof.Edit: Bringing it down to 1 star. I now can see about 15 tiny little specs of air bubbles that only the lord knows how they formed. I don't even recall them being their initially. After alllll that, I shouldn't see air bubbles at all. Went from not-too-thrilled to downright disappointed now.

Excelente calidad!!!

Great Product, Would Buy Again
Watched videos and read multiple reviews before finally biting the bullet and ordering the Dome for the Note 9. Having already watched numerous installation videos, it was easy setting up the tray. Having a level table top definitely goes a long way in ease of installation and increasing chances of first-time success. My $0.02 on installing it easily:Follow the enclosed instruction leaflet without doubt. Once the Loca reaches the center of the phone and touches the glass, let the glass slowly drop and spread out towards the ends. It took a little longer than three minutes to reach all ends. There was just one tiny bubble towards the right bottom corner, but I found that sliding the Dome Glass up and down for a few times worked better than trying to lift it and move the bubble out. Do this slowly, though, as you don't want to push all the Loca out.Over the past ten days there is no lifting (with the Samsung clear silicon case) and no adverse effect on the sensitivity, either.Installation videos are overly complicated and dissuading, but should be a cinch for anyone willing to be a little patient.Recommended buy!!

highly recommended
this is my number one go to for screen protectors excellent quality not cheap but we'll worth the money to protect your screen .I've used Whitestone before on S8 &S9+ pixel 2xl and note 8 also my new daily phone the note 9. so the installation was straightforward for me with no issues. I will say it can be a very tricky installation if you're gonna do this the first time I would definitely recommend watching some YouTube videos and reading the instructions that comes with the screen protector. and really take your time with this as you only get one screen protector if you get this wrong . screen protector itself the great quality fits very well completely flawless no bubbles. Whitestone have made some improvements so it is more case friendly with various of different manufacturers. definitely recommend and I notice other reviews on here and not had so much have a good review This is purely down to the user not following the instructions not probably being impatient.. just really take your time you'll get a perfect result
